it may take up to a week for personalized card if you are applying from branches and towns aways. I got my personalized card last year under 30 minutes at their marina head office branch. You know in nigeria unlike other developed nations, banks dont spend their money on imprint or labelizing machines for branches but would rather one old machine at head office or regional headquarter to handle all enterprise wide concepts. I have seen the menu for transfer between accounts on a bank ATM before though I did not try it but I wouldn't know if it works. Except your project is limited to ATM only, know that some banks have internet banking screen beside their ATMs to do inter and intra bank transfers. Moreover, you can use mobile banking on your phone to transfer within and outside your banks right from comfort of your home/office instead of going to queue at ATM if possible at all by ATM.

The banks can clear the check even if he does not have dom account but naira with them, only that they will credit him with naira equivalent at usually poor exchange rate.

I ask this question because of the 340 dollars liberty reserve scam posted by 9jafocus on business thread and by tweaklord in technology market thread about 2 days ago and made 51,000 naira from me and eloped. As comments were coming in as eye opener, the seemingly complicit fellow quickly removed the one in business thread here where their bait has caught me the mugu but left the bait in tech mart thread unremoved. Who is aiding and abbetting scam here or is it the scammer him/herself that has right to delete forum thread?
