From the drawing,the ground floor d entrance 2 d living room is too open,exposing d room n d living to immediate visitor.also no laterall ventilation in d living room.try adjust d lobby to bent so d room door wil nt be seen frm d living room entrance and if u can amend the entrance to av immediate lobby.the first floor has much errors,entrance frm a dinning area is nt good. NOW UPPER FLOOR
1. Remove the DINING, it's obstructing the circulation.There is a conflict at the doors to each apartment at the full landing area. The entrance should have a little bit of reccess before you enter your apartment (once the dining is removed).And the door should be double leave door. 300mm X 900mm
2. Don't let the doors be obstructing the window as being said earlier at the room and the terrace. don't forget, two windows at the rooms that is not cross ventilated each at the extreme.
3. Remove the small wall that lead to the lobby at the visitor's toilet. It obstructing lighting. i can see a window at the lobby to the room, that's good. The door between a lobby to the visitor's toilet and the lobby to the rooms, a bit good though for privacy. God will not let us see fire incidence o.
4. Architect should not forget escape stair from the rear side at the kitchen at the upper floor. there is need for it as well. it could be a steel one for both apartment to be economical.though might not be used often but the architect should should see the one that can work maybe circular or straight one. Though might not necessary but it's important o. it can serve an the alternative to escape in case of fire incident.

LET'S START FROM THE GROUNG FLOOR
1. I don't see any need for DINING on the ground floor. Reason being that it affects the flow to the lobby to the rooms.And since the size of the plot is the major restriction here.
2. The size of the Rooms seems to be small. It will be difficult for circulation once you put your bed but since it's going to be rented out and the plot of land is also the restriction. That one need also to be adressed but not really necessary.
3. The window backing the door in one of the rooms is not good enough. it should be move abit away from the door.
4. The other room that is not cross ventilated, your architect should try to use two windows each at the extreme end basically casement depending if it's not going to obstruct.
5. At the livingroom, the windows at the front ( dining area) could be aligned with the one at the back and be of the same size for utmost air flow.
6. Your window for the kitchen is so small. let it be wide. Heat that is being generated in the kitchen is always much.
7. Your architect should try to raise the building with the additional of a riser (step)
8. The position of the visitor toilet is ok just that its's very close to the kitchen which will not be used often. It's on very rare occassion.
9. A COVERING could be used over the doors (front and back) to each apartment but it's safe atleast since it is cantilever on the upper floor.
10. The half landing at the stairhall could as well be cantilever to move the whole stair back. It will give the stairhall circulation atleast.
11. At the LOBBY to the rooms, There could be window but a top level ones.longer in size but shorter. It can help the room that is not cross ventilated and as well enough lighting for the lobby.it will be opened on a rare occasion often during intense heat period.
12. It good for the rooms to be ensuit.

I beg to differ, there's nothing absolutely wrong with giving children Bobo and other fruit drinks. Apart from sugar which is massively required by and easily burnt down by their system Bobo contains milk and yoghurt wich is part of the essential daily nutritional intake by the children. Same goes for Ribbena which contains blackcurrant .Blackcurrant is a good source of vitamin C which boosts the children immune systems

Moderation is the keyword here

You get it. Sugar is required for the development of the brain as well but in a very very moderate quantity. It must not be too high and it must not be too low but must be moderate. Too much of everything is bad and always causes defect in one way or the other. It is always better to place kids on something natural without any form of additives be it sugar or colouring and if you want to add preferably honey. The amounts of sugar that found in most of the fruits is the moderate one than all these processed junk drinks we have nowadays. We have APPLE, BANANA, ORANGE, PINEAPPLE, NATURAL BLACKCURRANT, and the likes which is you know. It is always better to run away from all these processed drinks as much as possible and replace them with something natural then you will noticed how smart your kids are in terms of rate of assimilation and percentage of IQ. What kids take is very very important when small cause it always tell when they are grown up. I find Yourght and Ribena to be regularly taken very good as such but I so much dislike Bobo though if they can reduce their sugar content. But try to replace them with natural fruits . It always help in brain development.

Land o... You will be spending more on car for maintaining it. It happens to someone close to me. As soon he finished university n did his housemanship then, he realised about 1.5m and he used it buy a very good car then. Some of his friends didn't go for car o, some bought land with the money and start developing it. On the long run, some of his friends have finished the development and got a used car while he is still struggling with the car for maintenance without a roof over his head. Infact, I was an eye witness of the drama today. It was just like drama to me as I alighted from a bus that convey me from inside campus to the Ife Campus gate as I saw the two people - an aged woman and a more elderly man - on top of each other from a distance having sex and kissing furiously. At first the woman was on top of the man and later the man turned the woman and the man came ontop and started the banging. Later the man got tired and ran away but the woman was not satisfied and started the chase until she was caught by the onlookers and tied up n locked her up inside a kiosk with the man also tied inside the same kiosk but later they were conveyed with a car to no one knows .

An eye witness from the start of the scene told me they were on bike going to the campus fully dressed up - the man riding d bike and d woman at the back. And When they got to a certain point called Water Works near the bush, the man stopped the bike and they both got down from d bike and they both UnCloth themselves completely naked and started having sex right from the point. When they seemed not satisfied at the point, they both came outside the campus gate both naked and started the act again at the point where all roads meet .

(I guess the woman should be within the age range of 50 - 60 cos she doesn't look that attractive and from the way she plaited her hair with all these old black rubber, she should be a devoted someone I guess. The man should be within the age range of 45 - 50.) but I thought they should be couples or otherwise cos the woman seemed to be of age than the man.

When I came to the scene as I alighted from the bus and saw them, my thought was maybe they were on a filming production scene as I looked around if I could find any camera-man around but couldn't find any except from the watchful eyes of the onlookers then I thought they must be mad people but they were not I think they're under spell cos a normal being in his right sense shouldn't do that in the public even if it catches them in the middle of the road, there are bushes around to hide themselves to do the act away from the public.
