You should consider building from scratch my brother for the following reasons. 1. You'll achieve ur best designs to ur taste 2. You'll get the most cost effective construction 3. You'll achieve the best structural stability from the foundation... no fear of, I don't know how d foundation is... 4. No fear of who knows whether they buried charm here.... 5. Your choiced finishing 6. Extends d life span of the building. Building maintenance starts once construction is done, thus the one u wanna buy must have stayed for a while n u may need to start maintenance almost immediately. From all indications, a newly constructed building by you is the best for you. I'm an architect and a building contractor. you can contact me anytime. ire o |
*Benefit of sleeping in Church!!* ```While in Church a lady dozed off during preaching she woke up and heard the pastor saying stand to ur feet! She stood up and saw the whole congregation in shock including her husband, she looked round and saw that she was the only person standing!! The pastor continued and said yes keep standing, we have 1 person standing already, now let me repeat myself incase you didn't hear me! If you are unfaithful in ur marriage stand up!!! The lady fainted!``` Stop_sleeping_in_Church. Little laugh bikonu |

WELCOME TO NIGERIA * Where sex is free and love is costly. * Where loosing a phone is more painful than loosing VIRGINITY. * Where, if you don't cheat on your partner, you are not sharp and smart. * Where Bathrooms have become photo STUDIO. * Where getting a GALAXY phone is greater than achieving a DEGREE. * Where yahoo boys have brighter future than graduates. * Where temples are turned into dating points. * Where worshiping God in truth & spirit is difficult. * Where lies are turned into realities. * Where ladies fear Pregnancy than HIV... * Where pizza delivery is faster than emergency response. * Where people fear thieves, robbers & BokoHaram than God... * Where people go to Church with BB chargers rather than Bible. * Where guys are scared of getting married but love to have sex... * Where we have highest number of musician due to unemployment. * Where the higher your offense the lower your punishment and vice versa... * Where the number of Churches & Mosque are more than the worshipers... * Where we say "Up NEPA" more than we say "Praise THE LORD"... * Where a school drop-out politician is Ten Times richer and more respected than a Professor... * Where unemployed youths pick up weapons to fight in support of the politicians who deprive them of employment & a good life... * Where someone who cannot speak English is given honorary Doctorate degrees. WHAT A COUNTRY!!! Oh Lord, look down from heaven and have mercy on this great nation. Let there be a great turn around. If you love this country let me see your amen as well share the post probably it will reach & touch the hearts of those that have the power of the Nation in their palms! |

Sixteen Years of PDP Rule 1. Sen. Pres. Bukola Saraki. PDP Governor for 8yrs and Senator for over 3yrs. Joined APC in 2014. He is the Senate President. 2. Speaker Yakubu Dogara. Two-term PDP House of Rep member. Joined APC in 2014 and was elected for a third time in 2015. He is the Speaker. 3. VP Atiku Abubakar. Nigeria's PDP Vice-President for 8yrs and presently an APC Elderstatesman after jumping from one party to the other since 2007. 4. Sen. Victor Ndoma-Egba. PDP Senator for 12yrs. Decamped to APC about two months ago. He is the serving Chairman, NDDC Board. 5. Sen. Heineken Lokpobiri. Two-term PDP Senator from Bayelsa State. Decamped to APC after the 2015 elections. He is a serving Minister of the Republic. 6. Sen. Ita Enang. Two-term PDP Senator from Akwa-Ibom. Joined APC before the 2015 elections. Presently the SSA to the President on NASS. 7. Gov. Samuel Ortom. Long-serving Benue State Secretary of the PDP. Former National Auditor of the PDP and former Minister under Pres. Jonathan. Joined APC in December 2014. He is the Governor of Benue State. 8. Sen. Barnabas Gemade. Founding father of the PDP, former National Chairman of the party and Senator from 2011. Joined APC in December 2014. He is a serving Senator. 9. Gov. Atiku Bagudu. A two-term PDP Senator from Kebbi. Joined the APC at some point. He is the serving Governor of Kebbi State. 10. Gov. Aminu Tambuwal. Former PDP Speaker of the House of Representatives. Joined APC in 2014. He is the serving Governor of Sokoto State. 11. Sen. Abdullahi Adamu. Two-term PDP Governor of Nasarawa and Senator in 2011. Joined APC in 2014. Still a serving Senator. 12. Sen. Danjuma Goje. Two-term PDP Governor of Gombe State and Senator in 2011. Joined APC in 2014. Still a serving Senator. 13. Hon. Dakuku Peterside. Joined APC at some point. He is a serving Senator. 21. Sen. Udoma Udo Udoma. Two-term PDP Senator from Akwa-Ibom State. I don't even know if he ever decamped to APC. He is the serving Minister of Budget & National Planning. Now, save for Atiku who is a serial Presidential aspirant waiting for another election year to continue with his dream of becoming Nigeria's President, all the above are holding offices in this regime. They all played a part in the so called "16yrs of PDP destruction" but somehow are members of the APC that shout "CHANGE" and want to "REBUILD". **HOW? **BUHARI!, If you are really out to fight corruption its time to see that part of you that is "NOBODY´S" **PDP did NOT destroy Nigeria. **PDP is just a name/acronym.those that decamped were the bad eggs its time to sweep the house off dirts!! - Jennifer Ahana _____ *What about Jim Nwobodo, Chris Ngige, Segun Oni, Umana Okon Umana, Olagunsoye Oyinlola, Audu Ogbe, Ribadu, etc? *Add your own list of former PDP destroyers who are now born-again APC politicians with no trace of corruption... 1. Okafor Emmanuel Toochukwu: "Sen. Aisha Jummai Al-Hassan, former senator under PDP, decamped to APC in 2014, contested for 2015 governorship election in Taraba state but was trumped by PDP's candidate Ishaku Darius. Challenged ishaku's victory at the election petition tribunal, had her way in the tribunal but her hope of becoming first female governor was dashed in the court of appeal and supreme court respectively. She is today a minister in APC...... I wonder what their definition of change is." 2. Sabastine Chindo: "LALONG, SPEAKER FOR SEVEN YEARS UNDER P.D.P. FROM 2000 TO 2007 AND NOW A SERVING GOVERNOR OF PLATEAU STATE UNDER A.P.C." 3. Amadi Chimdi: "Timipre Sylva ex-Bayelsa Governor under PDP from 2008 - 2012. Decamped to APC." 4.
