No the Unofficial was correct actually but the way it popped out and went viral without an Official pronouncement from the DG himself calls for concern because that was unprecedented and that made me talk about integrity test since last year and I even chorused that today when LogoDWhiz asked me about what I feel with the delay.

Besides, The Budget issue was another contributory factor because NYSC IS NOW UNDER THE MINISTRY OF SPORTS AND YOUTH DEVELOPMENT WITH THE OLYMPICS SLATED FOR LATER THIS YEAR IN BRAZIL TO BE CATERED FOR AND THEN NYSC BUDGET FOR BOTH THE EXISTING CORPS MEMBERS AND WE FRESHERS WITH A YET TO BE DEBATED NOR APPROVED BUDGET ON THE AWAITING TABLE, I MEAN IT'S OBVIOUS FOR ALL TO SEE EXCEPT IF WE WANT TO DECEIVE OURSELVES.

I'm still of the opinion that the delay in passage of the budget prompted this change in dates and also account for the incomplete timetable. Cause Nysc need to have funds in their coffers ,before they can arrange for logistics .

I said it before,that the delay in passage of budget is the cardinal reason why Nysc hasn't uploaded the much anticipated timetable on their site.

Now that they finally did,it is incomplete, pointing to the fact that they are still awaiting the final passage of the budget ,so that they can have fund to prepare for the scheme....

NYSC have 11-Departments and 35-Units...
The staffs of NYSC working under One of the departments that can get access to your informations is CORP MOBILISATION under the Unit of EVALUATION DIVISION.

Bro,this unit works pari-passu with servicom..They evaluate and do the posting within the context of this unit.

Like i stated earlier, not all staff of Nysc is privileged to get information about PCM's ,once the process starts.

1. Yes it is possible,but the chances are very slim.Only if you have someone who works in servicom's dept in Nysc,cause they are the one's responsible in handling all online posting.I got an info from an insider ,who told me that they monitor they server/screen from the Dg's office.

2.Not all Nysc officials has the direct link to see or go through PCM's details.But a highly placed official can do so.Howbeit,if your insider is such who can maneuver any office ,he/she can get his hand on your details.
