Tinubu was 100% involved in Buhari's government, reason he was able to become President without serious stress but using the signed agreement he had with Buhari, that South West will never politically disturb his government even if his fellow Fulani herdsmen brothers are raping and chasing Yorubas to Benue Republic ...that even if he suffers and makes life miserable for Nigerians , that he will remain silent and focused to the agreement until he hands over to him as President....

Let's face the fact, is true we run a federal government but what happens during elections, a Presidential candidate must travel to at least the whole 36 states asking for votes and also making promises for the States ..

So Tinubu has a role to play in any state and as well the Governor of the State...
