What does he mean by he did not jump bail?

I saw a video here on NL where Asari Dokubo himself CLEARLY stated that he was the one that assisted Nnamdi to escape from Nigeria through Lagos. From Lagos State, Asari helped Nnamdi to cross into Benin Republic and he headed for London.

In that video, Asari Dokubo was very angry because he had already fallen out with Kanu who he called an ingrate for lying against him and he VOWED in that video that he would ENSURE that Nnamdi is caught and brought to justice in Nigeria. By some kind of magical spell, this dude called Kanu was indeed captured and brought into Nigeria to face charges for incitements, terrorism and jumping bail.

So sorry....the person you mentioned above once told us he will work with Tinubu and make sure anybody that comes near Aso rock will receive from him......this same man has turned back to say that he regretted ever supporting TINUBU because he is the worst thing that happened to Nigeria....

And I think those people that are resigning are actually the people Wike gave Fabura to put in offices as his own people and as a god father, but due to the fact that the present Governor and Wike are no longer in good terms, there is no way those people can still work with Fabura and later smile to Wike ......
