in your situation, a lot of factors come into play,

-like how well do u know him
- how long have u two been together
- is it his nature to be shy
- and a whole lot of other things,


Or just simply he doesnt love u to start with, 

and how do you know he doesnt love you??
- just throw away your wimpy emotions and be realistic then u can tell if he does love u or not,
