I don't know exactly how many years it took to complete this hospital, but remember that there were lots of ongoing projects at the same time.

There was a State to run, salaries to pay, roads to build from scratch, plus many other life changing projects too numerous to mention.

So stop painting a picture of failure or a picture of only one project so as to deceive and confuse people who are lazy or too busy to do research on Akpabio,s achievements for themselves.
