I doubt if they will recognise any other one since Goethe is a German institute in Nigeria thus the credibility as far as they are concerned. However, you can learn the language elsewhere and register for the test at Goethe as an external candidate. Your location will determine the centres that can be suggested to you. Thanks they said that I should try and get the language done with here in Nigeria not a rejection though as they didnt stamp my passport. So I know that goethe normally has a tight schedule that's why I need schools here in Lagos Abuja and ogun state where I can do the lesson at least then prepare for the external exam at goethe. If your interview went well then they don't have a reason to reject you of Visa. Maybe the courier service you used couldn't get your address that's why they called you to pick it up yourself.
