No you don't need to get dollars outside, just provide proof of admission, walk into any bank (depends on which bank the rate is good for you, u must have an account with them too) tell them you want to do Form A transfer. With money in your Naira account, it will be transfered to the school account without stress

I actually want to pay for my ticket online, do some payment relating to school and payment for my accommodation. Kindly put me through about the processing fee payment at the service point. Is it compulsory that i pay at the service point or i can just pay at any standard chartered bank and tender the payment slip when i get to the embassy for my interview. Again, if i want to pay at the service point which is Abuja, how do i go about it. I mean am i going to pay at the embassy before i proceed with my interview or how? lol...no worries..it's not like Ull sit and they'll ask you jamb questions...they'll go through u r docs and ask only questions that arnt clear to them...especially Ur financials....take every document neccessary to prove all sources of Ur funds...if u r self sponsoring urself..take Ur employment letter and payslips..or business name registration certificate.if u r being sponsored..take Ur sponsors employment letter...payslips...the deposit slips with which money was deposited into Ur account...Ur sponsors statement of account showing the transaction....once u can prove Ur source of funds as being genuine...then u r home and dry....best of luck with Ur interview..and no worries....be smart and Ur rp is 99%guaranteed by the special grace of God...cheers

Stamp fraud is as old as it gets and is perpetuated by most third world nation's with lax immigrations officials.
Many nation's have caught on and are now taking steps to tackle this issue. What obtains now is that people over stay on their Visas and then leave the country at their own time and then back date the entry stamp on arrival against their next trip to make it appear like they actually abided by the time on the Visa. I know this first hand and I have even done it a couple of times before myself.

However my curiosity got the better of me and I investigated how foolproof this system is and found that it's easy for the immigrations to bust this scam. You will remember that their is the self check in machine at the airport where you input your passport and get your boarding pass from, that infomation is shared between the airlines and immigrations. The airports that don't have it still send flight manifests to the immigrations services. Now if an immigrations official chooses to query your application, they simply pull your details and cross check it against flight manifests for the day in question that you claimed to have left.

my advice to you is that you either query it if your claims Are genuine or just let it slide if they are right. It's one or the other. They UK can't size a valid Nigerian passport without reason.

Regardless of those pple given her hope here about how to recover her passport back. Her being band isn't a one consular decision and her file had gone through scrutiny before a band was given.

If her lawyer is working on it why is she seeking comfort here. She better don't do anything funny again otherwise she may get a jail term and a life time band as well.

I'm a frequent traveller and was even in the uk as recently as early this year, i would not jeopardize my travel chances by doing something as flimsy as that. and Yes i made the trip to nigeria. I even had some official stuffs done during that period. My problem is the consular officer obviously did not take the pain to obviously look through my passport to see a re-entry stamp into UK after the trip to nigeria. There's no reason to come to this forum and lie about my situation. Its even alien to me that people would actually get stamps and all that. Ive never heard that before .

Hmmm... seriously!

To think that the consular did not look through your passport to see a re-entery stamp into UK is one thing but for sure the consular must had seen a foul play on your passport that's why such decision was made.

If you google well you will see other folks who are in the same situation like yourself. Almost all of them admit to using cunning way to say they departed Uk and they re-entered back. Where you have been going for years is funny how you can just got banned without no cogent facts.

I am guessing IELTS is valid for 2yrs if I am not mistaken. Count from the day your score was sent to you till when you want to use it to apply again for admission. You will know if your score is still valid for usage or not.

July 4th already! U need to proceed quickly bro. Book an interview with the Embassy immediately! Den, apply for ur Residence permit too, at least begin the application (if u haven't). Student housing is the best o if u're on a low budget. Errrrm, please ask specific questions, no vex... didn't really get the question u wanted me to answer. But I think there's no time again sha. If u book appointment now, u'll get an August date. Let's say dey approve ur RP in August, another 2-3 weeks for the card to be ready. So u need to act fast so u'd travel in Aug/Sept.

c. I am going to pay for the Membership Fee 2015 – 2016 Basic degree students (studying bachelor's or master's degree) and exchange students (includes the health care fee of FSHS) 114.00 € / academic year. Through GTbank.

d. After paying for the membership... What is next? Appointment or what?
