I once read that when you are going thru troubled times that it helps to kinda think of assisting others and i have put that into practice once upon a time in the past when i was down i visited a hospital where i spent time with others, shared and chatted and made friends.

Girl I went through a terrible lot for like 2 days now, this evening I nearly slumped and all i wanted to listen to is PM Dawn's "I d' die without you" just to calm my soul cause the song has a great calming effect.

I'm sharing the song. You can ignore the lyrics and just let it calm your nerves. It will have you inhaling and exhaling stress out of your system as if your back is being massaged. It just helped me unwind a bit.

Mmmm...not very true, someone like me I don't have friends around the friends I had in secondary school I lost contact with some and some left the country just a few I have left from secondary school and a few I have in uni at present , the only way I communiate with them is through social media and some times phone calls or text. When I feel down, I just chat with one or two of them and they cheer me up. Though I would like to see them and discuss at large but what can I do? Do I have to start travelling to different part of nigeria because I want to talk to someone? No, it just a waste of time and resources. They say 'if you don't have what you want, you make use of what you have to get what you want'. So cheer up girl and if you really need someone to talk to like face to face don't forget your family members are still there.Hope is not lost, remember that.

jideomowunmi: All this helps...at times thinking of aw to spend d rest of my life wit someone sef gives me d creep..especially wit wa is happening in marriages dis days..it was never like dat before..dis days everything has changed..couples feel it's normal to av extra marital affairs, d ladies lack enough respect for d hubby talkless of d guy's family members..just 3 weeks after d wedding, u start seeing naked girls picture on his fone...so many discouraging factors..may God help us..
