My goodness! Nigeria's power issue is straightforward. Leave power generation to the states. Let them find their power sources and provide electricity for their people. This centralized system is not working. In a centralized system, if the grid breaks down then we are all in trouble.

Funny I just thought of this whole reading the text.

Power generation should be left to the states to do as they will. This issue of federal govt hand in everything is the reason there is no progress.

States should take over power generation. If your state doesn't have light know who to blame.

It should be done gradually over some years to ease the transition and by a certain fixed time federal government wouldn't be involved in generation.

Who want to use light should use.

Not all nigerian graduates are proficient in English language. I know many of them who speak poor English.

The only problem I have with the ielts is that it is monetized. A candidate's result is only valid for 2 years

Why should this be the case? Is it that I've forgotten how to speak english after 2 years.

This should be the issue not the cost but the fact that it expires . Did the person who passed forget how to speak English.?
