When moving from the Netherlands to Germany, Do you have to apply for an interview date and get interviewed by the VO just like with the process in Nigeria or do you just submit your documents at the embassy after getting admission from a German uni?

It depends o....either ways do happens ....

As for me the German Embassy in Netherlands is asking for my study credits achievements so far in the Netherlands...they are even asking me why I want to leave the Netherlands via email..

I have friends who just submitted their application in belgium and were lucky to scale through without embassy asking them much questions..

It's just about who dy ontop your case file....and grace

Hey guys, is it compulsory to provide hard copy document to the Universities in the Netherlands? My WAEC/GCE can all be checked online and I have the scanned copies as well but its been years since I misplaced them. Would appreciate it if someone could answer this.

Then you can attach a letter to uscis explaining to them that website is no longer functioning.


Load the website page and take a screenshot of the screen and print it in a word documents and attach it so they can see it with their eyes

Update on our case- So we received RFE today for our case but they've not emailed my fiance what additional evidence they need yet. NOA1 was nov 2nd 2020 and got feedback 16th June 2021 that's 7months and 2 weeks. What are the common reasons for RFE?

They just need additional evidences or sometimes they are documents which you and your partner forget to send along with the initial i-129F petition.

RFE can include;

proof that you and your partner has met within the 2 year bracket prior to filing the application
proof of divorce certificates if previously married and you forget sending it along the initial petition
sometimes they do ask for RFE when you forgot to fill in some places in the i-129F form, they normally send that place back to the petitioner
They can also ask for proof of intention to marry if you and your partner forgot to include the letter of intent to marry within 90 days

Yes boss , your money would be transferred to you once your account is ready................i would be leaving netherlands too this july to germany

four days after my application was when my uploaded documents were changed to "ok" (except my passport and high school cert which is still in progress), and my application progress changed to this. just worried that i have not gotten a response since then. most persons experience i have read did not take this long.
is your admission Bsc or masters please?

Mine was Bsc.....once they have ticked everything OK then you have nothing to fear.. your admission letter would surely drop

Is it not a shame to hear this...............Nigeria is suppose to merge with other countries and not qualified to exist on it's own........

isn't it sympathetic that a computer scientist and ICT graduate in Nigeria cannot install a common software into a PC.............When over here in europe , the first assignment we were given as ICT first year students after our introduction week was to build our own website with HTML and CSS.....Imagine what we would be expected to be doing by the time we reach our finals
