the steps is necessary once u see the network flashes at first and turn off immediately, the steps is needed for those that there phones can't stay on 4g only in network selection menu

No need going through all those step bro, the last step is enough just dial the code and select lte only no need going to 2g or 3g stuff or go to phone information

insert ntel sim in Ur phone, set the sim as primary for data connection

create aceess point with Name = Ntel, apn= ntel , Mcc=621,Mnc=40, apn type= default then save

goto preferred network type then
set ur phone to 2g only(preferred)/ 3g only (preferred)
note: just make sure U don't select 4g or LTE

put click on Airplane mode(airplane on), after some seconds click click airplane mode again (airplane off)

Crazy banking system we got in Nigeria. What is happening is that when you're making a purchase on Aliexpress with your Naira card, the banks are selling you dollars for that transactions at a mark up rate. Now when you get a refund (as is the case here), the bank is seeing the refund as an inbound fund transfer to your account (like Western Union and MoneyGram etc does). Because CBN does not allow such inflow to get to the customer in forex, the banks now convert it for you using the prevailing rates for inbound forex instead of reversing back your naira on hold (no settlement will be made to Aliexpress until after 45 days.
