Mynd44:PMB, hope you re listening! Our Wailing brothers from the east would prefer you leave all GEJ projects in their region and rather focus on other things (any semblance of potential failure or precocious underachievement in your administration) that could massage their soul of hatred to the point of ecstasy is most preferred than the reconstruction of any un passable road in their region. 1 Like |

wayodude: Is history about to repeat itself ? France '98 readily comes to mind; Nigeria won her first 2 matches and lost the last group match to a south American country ( we similarly rested some players too in that match), thereafter we there was news of players' in camp fight with the NFA on non settlement of Bonuses. Days later we lost resoundingly by (1-4) to the same country we will be facing come Saturday; Denmark. I pray thunder does not strike twice. 5 Likes |

[quote author=Everfrank post=35272684]How did the Presidency or Buhari come into this? Must the commission be told by the president before they do their work? It's the commission's statutory responsibility they just carried out media must relate it to the President to sell their papers. Na wa Bros, was the commission not aware of its stautory responsibilities when all these misappropriation was taken place under the watch of JONA DUNDY!? Abeg park well! 1 Like |

pamcode: A lot of unintelligent football motions with the hope and prayer that we just nick a goal or goals. The Aussie were not physically superior but were more efficient and intelligent in the use and movement of the ball than our girls; I don't get it; is the black man is all about brute force and no brain. A little use of the brain in combination with our physical strength would have seen us victorious yesterday; in place Of Brain work, Coach Okon prefers prayer and worship. 2 Likes |

oseni9ja: If you listen to Alfred Rewane on channels few weeks back, he was asked if the incoming government would be able to weather the storm considering the 50% drop in international oil price. He was quick to express is optimism which he based on 2 things; 1. the anti corruption will of the Buhari government and 2. that we had since 2010,been actually running the economy at $45 per barrel of crude which gives a breathing space of $15 - $18 dollar excess if we are to go by the current international price of $60 -$63 (I.e . So one can only imagine what happened to the extra funds as a result of a difference of $65 per barrel ($110 - $45) going by the what prevailed between 2010 and 2014. I cannot but agree with Buhari when he said that never again would the NNPC be allowed to run two accounts; one for the public and another for private pockets. 6 Likes |

Gabbysky: What percentage of your oil and gas constitutes the monthly purse of Lagos State for example? more or less 25%! If your oil & gas drys up as things stands today, only one state that presently contribute over 20% to the federal purse shall remain standing; Lagos SW ; the 6th largest economy in subsaharan Africa. So you can go and drink your oil and sniff your gas. |

emiye: Indeed, If only they knew what tsunami of economic downturn is about to hit the state, they would think twice before making such impulsive decision. Should Wike win, Rivers state becomes an opposition party and a state that the national PDP would rely on ( along with most likely Aqua IBom) to foot a large chunk of their party's expenditure if they are to contend( by any stretch of imagination) with the ruling party(APC). Now combine this with an unrefined and cow boyish maladministrative tendencies of WIKE and his corrupt cohorts. The Rivers people are in for it this time! So unfortunate! 4 Likes |

According to the Punch Newspaper, Berti Vogts was reported to have told the press that he alerted his Nigerian players to be more cautious in their play now that ghana became more dangerous when they went one man down . this was in spite of the fact that nigeria dictated the play just before the sending off of mensah. I am moved to completely agree with westerhoff''s comment about BERTI VOGTS that he seem to be psychological disturbed!! I wonder if the NFA conducted an occupational health assessment of BERTI VOGT prior to his employment could it possibly be that he suffers from occasional transient global amnesia (loss of memory and awareness) or selective mutism secondary to substance misuse or some mental derangement?? you never know and we could just unnecessarily be blaming berti for lacking the necessary wit to manage our team without realizing he his mentally distressed!! if this is the case then my unreserved apology to mr VOGTS!! |
