Am a full blooded Niger Deltan from Delta state.
Well, the politics of Rivers goes beyond the surface. The massive support Wike is getting is an indictment on Amaechi and his stooge. We now have a huge take to ensure that Nyesome Wike delivers and the politics of bitterness is put to rest.

Let's see how it goes. Wish you guys well. My major concern was PDP to be rooted from national politics to give the other untried party a chance to bring back sanity that we have long lost and we made it.

I want wike to win, the people must be thought a bitter lesson about not making emotional political decisions. grin

2015-2019, with wike as governor, we go see how far.

Indeed, If only they knew what tsunami of economic downturn is about to hit the state, they would think twice before making such impulsive decision. Should Wike win, Rivers state becomes an opposition party and a state that the national PDP would rely on ( along with most likely Aqua IBom) to foot a large chunk of their party's expenditure if they are to contend( by any stretch of imagination) with the ruling party(APC). Now combine this with an unrefined and cow boyish maladministrative tendencies of WIKE and his corrupt cohorts. The Rivers people are in for it this time! So unfortunate!

You got it all wrong, the Hausas and their cohort, Yerobas will Romance the Economy, then Rivers and Akwa Ibom will have to checkmate their excessive in this dispensation for the posterity of our children. Any attempt to disregard our royalties and trample upon for illegal oil well secession to corrupt government officials /private individuals will face massive vulcano eruptions. This check and balance must be there.. who cares about a dump transition that may only survive the test of time with her numerous dragoneer masqueraded display. She cant last more than 4 years . Leave her for our headache.

As for Wike he is already converted for our good, else the sit would be too hurt for him to sit. We are not fools by putting him there in lieu of the mouth toothed judas of Amechi and his maid servant.. We aint gona resume any "yes boss" to the centre just yet ,,this is action time for the south south. Take it or Leave it

What do you know and understand about POLITICS? So Borno, Kano and Kaduna etc that recorded outragious voters pvc such that less than 1/3 could not come for vote weren't rigging? The under aged that lineup in the North to Vote weren't rigging? Politics as the name implies is never perfect anywhere in the world. It's a game that is played by the Dons, if you've got nothing to say then sharapppp

PDP already lost everything at the centre and never smelt Lagos! They are out of our national politics for sure and the stage is set for an 'untried' party to bring back sanity which I agree with u on. That APC is about losing Rivers shouldn't be an excuse not to perform oh. Lets try an 'untested' hand here and see how it goes. Thank you.

I'm sure Rivers people are aware of all that and still wanted Wike! If we didn't die when our money was used to fund APC and its campaign, I'm sure Wike's 'unrefined and cow boyish maladministrative tendencies and corrupt cohorts' can be accommodated for the next 4yrs. We are happy Wike won.

Bros if APC could be funded when they had only two wealthy states in Lagos and Rivers then I don't see PDP having financial problems, they have rivers, bayelsa, delta, Akwa Ibom no lele for money things

Opuama you be fine girl o, pdp also won some wards in John Africa. I dey really feel for dakuku, the sympathy and support from many neutral supporters was lost when they felt betrayed by his bosses support for Buhari. You no see say the upland vs riverine ish don die down. That perceived betrayal go affect APC wella for SS and SE

Relax you won't see those magic numbers anymore.

It has served it's purpose.

People from Niger Republic, Chad and Northern Cameroun are no longer needed, this is internal election.

True talk. Peterside almost shed some tears when the results in his unit was announced. He was shocked he got nothing. This is the reason I don't rely on these media houses and their info. Anyways, we are waitibg for the final results that will emanate from the voting extensions of today in Rivers state.
