Good day house,Very impressive i would be glad to join the whatsapp group here is my number 08133599138 already lost some money but the passion for farming still remain.

But my concern is the personal bank statements don't really have active transactions. we just opened them for salary purposes. Do we need to still include them or just provide the letter of cash payments and payslips. (can't this be sufficient?).

Ok i get that now, reapply and add your bank statement(get a letter from your company to explain the cash payment method) and family pictures if you married

We are three and the equipment manufacturer require training before it can be operated that is just the challenge
Secondly the mother company is already existing one but our own is just a small department under the existing company and they re using their resource to sponsor the new company

So how soon can I reapply and what documents do you recommend I attach this time around. I appreciate the assistance as always.

Another issue is the company is a new one, operations just started in January. Although payslips can be provided for both months. No bank deposits were made. we were paid in cash.

You probably would have been given a visa if you had submitted your own bank statement and payslips to strengthen your tie to Nigeria, submitting your sponsor's bank statement is not good enough. Though you applied for wrong visa but you would have been given a visa on business visitor visa category which is what you need

Good morning @ Justwise, FrontPage Lawyer and other gurus in the house, In need your advise just got a job (1st & 2nd was cash)and require to go for a training in uk with my team in which the company provide all document needed and the other part in uk also send the LOI ............... at the end we are all refused with no right to appeal i duno if anything can be done?
