Their Jollof is mid, the veggies are not chopped and put as whole or in large chunks, the rice is always half done.
I’ve been to Ghana several times and theirs is way way better

The weird booking culture they all have in Benin, Sengal and Gambia that I dislike is that after paying for booking they’d still tell you to pay for the electricity you’re going to use during your stay, like why not include it in the price?, after paying $60 per night, you go still de pay for electricity

This place is sooo expensive, they spend escudos and euros
Haven’t seen any taxi that charges less than 10 euro
So even for a 5 minute trip
I’m spending 10 euro plus, yesterday I spent almost 50 euros on tfare, and the road are very unwalkable. Most were not made with trekking in mind - so no pedestrians walk, some terrains are rough, so sometimes if you decide to walk - you may be walking alone on the path for 20 minutes without seeing anyone and just seeing cars occasionally

Even though I no go much places, and the whole flight change affected my plans, instead of going to Cape Verdean capital ( Praia) I came to Sal island instead. As you de waka, road sef empty tongue

Earlier at the airport someone there told me they don’t accept dollar as bta which surprised me, the bta was 1000 euros, but my money was USD, I knew changing it would stress me and I just decided to carry it like that.

When the immigration man asked much I had and I told him the amount and it was USD, his only worry was how I’d pay airport tax which was to be paid in euro, I told him I already paid for Nigeria- so there was no issue. He said even if I hadn’t paid- card would’ve been accepted- I saw people using their card
