Just arrived few minutes ago and bored at the airport beacuse I’m waiting for a friend, so I just got the idea to do this |

VisaZest: Hi,
If you stated on the form that your monthly income is 1.5m and they took that as your annual income, then I think you should definitely write a complaint.
Two of their reasons for denial were based on the assumption about your annual income i.e. they said credits exceeded the stated annual and you intend to spend 44 times what you earn monthly.
That said, for the 3m, how would a customer "mistakenly" pay it into your private instead of corporate? Do you have a corresponding outflow that shows you "refunded" your business after the error? This is a point you need to be able to clarify.
Furthermore, why is there an assumption that you use your personal account for business? Whatever patterns they saw that made them think this, I hope you have a good explanation. Address this in your complaint.
Finally, emphasise your travel history and the fact that for all 13 countries, you have abided (I hope so o!) by their visa regulations and never overstayed your visa duration.
All the best! Thank you so much, will do this |

Taal17: I think you should look at your application again in about say 2 weeks time. Then look at your statement and th reasons for refusal. Look at it objectively and see if what the VO put is right.
Do this before you make a new application.
If this visit isn't necessary try another schengen country if you want to travel.
All the best Thank you do much |

giselle237: Don’t reapply. Re-try France or any other Schenghen territories, truth is the whole Europe is aware of the ‘third world invasion’ and everyone is tightening up. Alright 🙏 |

giselle237: Sorry about that. To be honest, they are not calm at this moment. Please out of the 13 countries you say you visited, which one is from a 1st world nation? Then we can know how to help. Us - 2022, France - 2024 |
Travel › Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Arry110(m): 10:46am On Apr 21 |
giselle237: Don’t reapply. They have denied your application twice.
At the moment, decisions are very strict due to the current situation in the UK. As a result, it is unlikely they will grant a visa at this time.
It is worst case to power 1 million if you are a youngman and of fighting age, 25 years you said. Nah. They won’t give you. The system is under a big pressure from Reform and Restore as people are claiming asylum left right and centre and the average British citizen is upset with the government. The government is trying their best so that they understand that they are not supporting visit visas from 3rd world countries in great numbers.
Sorry to say Alright Thank you You, I’ve only been refused once though, this is my first |

Cashmadam: It has been stated here repeatedly - separate your business from your personal account.
And why did you send 7 months statement? You don't need more than 6 months at the maximum.
Also, forget the 13 Countries you claim to have visited. UK does not care if you have been to the moon and back. They need to be sure you will not stay in the UK illegally. Also, there is abroad and there is abroad. Many Countries don't qualify as abroad in the real sense of the word. I'm saying all this so that you don't continue having the mind set that your purported travel history will add value to your UK visa application. What will add value is a carefully filled form and a clear source of income - backed by your documents.
To me, all the figures in your narration are all over the place and don't add up. Next time, be more intentional with your application as it becomes more difficult once you have a refusal. Y’all are getting me wrong, My business and personal accounts are actually very much seperate, Like I said in a post I made the day I submitted, I requested for 6 months statements and the bank gave me 7 months, I realized after biometrics and vented out here. The one time payment is 3,000,000 that was not explained from 7 months ago was from a customer who mistakenly paid directly to me (I didn’t explain this lump sum because I didnt know the bank gave me 7 months). The second reason the ECO gave was miscalculation and an error on his end, my disposable income is 1,450,000 Your abroad is abroad statement is really really condescending, I’ve been to the U.S. for my mother funeral, France, China, turkey and few African countries, I don’t know why you’re being passive aggressive |

mojisolani: Do you look at your refused letter very well,it was stated that your Annual income and not montly reason the officer stated that 44 times your disposable income which means your montly income is 125k amd yearly(Annual) is 1.5M. Look at your letter very well and go back to the form you filled. Noo, that’s an error on their end LoL, I still have my form, I never put that as my annual income |

Cashmadam: Don't worry about it. I don't think it will be an issue. You have explained for 6 months. One month will not be a deal breaker. I was refused because of the transaction of 7 months ago 😥, it’s really painful that the bank caused this. My disposable income is 1,450,000 - so the claim that my trip was 44 times my disposable income was bogus. I’m self employed and and pay myself 1,500,000 monthly, additional income of 77k because I’m a Corper, im 25 years old, I run an electronic store, and 2 landed properties(included everything) I also explained why my expenditure is 50,000 is low is because, the office covers most meals me and my staffs have and my parents still send me raw food stuffs they buy in bulk from home. My closing balance was 15 million naira, and I’ve been to 13 countries and been abroad like 17 times I’m planning of reapplying asap. The 3,000,000 lump some was from my customer 7 months ago

Hi, I submitted yesterday as I just decided to check my documents again tonight out of curiosity and noticed something that has really pissed me off, it was also my fault for not cross checking, I am self employed and requested for a 6 months bank statement from GTB, the lady that attended to me gave me 7 months and I didn’t know !, and the issue now is that I only provided lump sum explanations for only 6 months, this other lump sum was 7 months ago. Does this pose a really serious issue?. |

Funani: Good morning, Please i need assistance in my visa application. I have 5 US visa denials, 2 were study visas and the other 3 were visiting visas. I'm applying for UK study visa and this is my first visa application to the UK, please should i indicate my US refusal during my visa application process? do i need to indicate all 5 US visa refusals? Also i read of some people saying there's a need to write a strong cover letter, should i include my visa refusal details in the cover letter or should i write a separate letter for the refusal details? Please i need this to work for me. I'm scared that my chances have gone low due to my US Visa refusals.
I hope someone responds to me soon as I'm really anxious right now. NOTE: I DON'T INTEND TO USE AN AGENT PLEASE, SO I DON'T WANT AGENTS SENDING THEIR NUMBERS THAT I SHOULD REACH OUT TO THEM COS I WON'T. THANK YOU you’d indicate all and the dates, and also reasons for refusal, and don’t be scared, your chances aren’t low, Make your application tight and honest |
