Responsibilities

The Secretary/Personal Assistant will provide secretarial and administrative support to an organized virtual financial community. The personnel will play a supportive role and be in charge of general administrative and clerical duties which include but not limited to - assisting the general partner in his official duties, maintaining the managing partner's diary, drafting and handling office correspondence, managing databases and ensuring the daily upkeep of the office.

Required Qualifications:
• BSC/HND/OND/WASC HOLDERS
• Must be computer literate
• Candidates MUST have at least two (2) years experience as a Personal Assistant (PA).

Personal attributes:
• Excellent writing skills in English and good oral communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Passionate, motivated and good at taking initiative
• The desired candidate must have a high attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of a small team
• Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters
• Able to work closely and constructively with others
• Must be Presentable and Smart
• Proven research and analytical skills, able to think critically and articulate

Remuneration

NGN50,000 monthly (plus bonuses)

I got same mail too and its for accounting position. I checked their site they a recruitment firm but majors in domestic helps and cleaners. So i called the number and the lady at the other end expalined that they needed some chattered Accountants and assistants.
She also mentioned some companies they recruit for. It sounded real to me. I will give it a try on friday.
