I am here pleading to Mr Gbenga Yussuf Adewale (lesupnigeria) to pay my investment back to me. On Feb. 2016 we have an agreement that he would planted an acre of plantain (COST 466,000, ROI 800,000 1st year) and hectare of Cassava (COST 130,000, ROI 300,000) , by April 2017 both will be ready for harvest and I paid him 535,000 . But unfortunate when I called by April 2017 he said all the plantain was burnt and the cassava he will pay when he harvest and since then he stop picking my calls and he refused to show my farm.

The UAE now has a Minister of Happiness

Smile, the UAE has a Minister of Happiness.
On Monday night HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai announced a restructure in the government.
One of the major changes? The creation of a role called The Minister of Happiness, who, as Sheikh Mohammed wrote last night, will “channel policies and plans to achieve a happier society.”
He added that “the Minister of State for Happiness will align and drive government policy to create social good and satisfaction.”
It has just been announced that the new Minister of Happiness for the UAE is H.E. Ohood Al Roumi.

Al Roumi was recently the Director-General of the Prime Minister Office, where she worked on reform, innovation, service improvement, leadership development and bringing about new government initiatives.
She is also the first Arab member of the Global Entrepreneurship Council (GEC).
She was once Head of Economic Policy at The Executive Office HH Sheikh Mohammed, and before that she was the Manager of the Business Research at Dubai Chamber of Commerce. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor’s in Economics.
The happiness announcement was made over Twitter as Sheikh Mohammed live tweeted to his 5.58 million followers. The theme was changes to the UAE government and it was part of the World Government Summit, which is being held in Dubai this week.

Hi friends... I always visit this thread and sometimes comment a little bit but am always wondering about the fact of never seeing any success story or stories here. It's not that easy. No one is playing with someone's emotion. The challenges among others from my perspective are 1. Most times the ladies are not serious. If you are looking for a man ready for marriage, you must be ready too for marriage. Make yourself marriage-able. Build your personality. 2. Ladies are looking for ready made guys without knowing that guys are looking for working class ladies too. nobody wants a liability, but an assets. 3. Incompatibility. I ve meet someone here, and when we met in person she was not the type of woman I want for marriage.
Ladies should Know what men want in a woman.we are not looking for a perfect woman but the proverb 31 woman. That woman who is 1. Sexy. She must not be a model or a beauty queen but she must be attractive and stylish woman. They say men are moved by what they see. 2. Supportive. You should have something doing. Men want someone who will be supportive., Who wants to know their goals in life and ready to support them to achieve it 3. Good spirit. A woman who has good spirit. Kind and lovable lady not one with bad attitude. 4. Spiritual. God fearing woman. I hear ladies always say they want a good fearing man. Are you a good fearing woman? You don't have to be Pastor's wife or live in the church to be god fearing. It's simply means a woman who loves God, who can praise and worship God with her man, stand for her man before God when he can't.

Ginger can grow anywhere in Nigeria and I look forward to trying it in large scale.
