It isn't the duty of state to establish testing centres. It is ncdc duty to do it.
Though if Kano has the capacity n funds they can partner with ncdc to establish more centres to test more people

Let's assume I even said Kano state government should establish testing centre, what stops them from having two or more testing centres? When dealing with issues, we need to look at the peculiarities involved. As far as I am concerned, Kano is a time bomb waiting to explode.

Most of those deaths in Kano can't be covid 19 because it doesn't kill suddenly, it usually takes up to at least 7 days after showing systoms. .

Even Malaria has killed up to 29 persons in Nigeria since we began locked down.
