You just took the words out of my mouth.oshiomole is a disgrace. Edo state is one if the worst states in Nigeria, the level of development there is at d barest minimum. Was thinking he will be a salvation to Edo people after lucky Igbenedion ruined it. All he knows how to do is to decorate ring road and other major roads with Christmas lights, the roads in Benin Gra is unbelievably terrible. He has done virtually nothing in this his second tenure.

Mine happened in 2009, I didn't know there was anything like one chance taxi. Was expecting my fiance that day, so went to make my hair to look sweet. On my way back from the saloon, couldn't get a bus so had to enter a pick and drop taxi. There were 4 people in the taxi, a guy in front and 2 guys and a girl behind, d cab was a small car. When they stopped fir me, I was reluctant to enter cos there was little space left. The guy in front sharply came out fir me to enter inside and convinced me that the space will be enough. When I entered, my hand bag was by d driver's side. Unknowingly to me, the guys behind opened my bag and collected my wallet and my newly bought Nokia E71(a very tec phone then). All of a sudden the guy behind started shouting that am occupying the whole space that the driver should drop me. The drive sharply stopped and said that I should come down that there is no space and am making the other guy uncomfortable. I was very bitter and angrily came down. When I came down I saw a bus and I entered, on getting to my bus stop, the conductor asked for my money, that was when I realised that I have been robbed. I explained everything to them and they were shocked that I have never heard of that robbery strategy. The bus driver allowed me to go without paying. The sad memory of losing my #50,000 phone that I didn't even use for upto 2weeks still hurts.

He should embrace developement, gud site seeings cos dats wt attracts quality ppl into a place. I live in benin and I ll boldly say dat d pix is very deceptive, its focusing only on gud roads around ring road. Yes I admit dat oshiomole is doing well considering d fact dat d state was buried alive by igbenedion, but some times I do wonder if he(oshiomole) knws what development really means. The only livable place in benin is jst d GRA which has very bad roads, d gra is d only place u ll see recent houses. Other areas are filled with dead houses with 17th century zincs--- so so acient. If u'r someone dat likes fun, don't bother coming to benin cos u ll be bored to death. D only form of fun there is jst loocal joints and bars in hotel, no cinemas, no mall(only 1 hallmark which is lk any oda super mkt). Oshiomole has used taxes to pursue big industries dat has come to add live into d town. The beauty of a town does'nt lie on only gud roads, benin needs to borrow fashola's style and destroy most of the 15th century houses dat filled d town so dat wen one is passing on the road, u ll aprreciate the site.

Hello nairaland pals, I need an expert on dis issue. I got an upgrade notification for blackberry appworld, I upgraded it to d latest version but since den I can't find d icon on my phone. I have rebooted several times, googled and redownloaded over n overagain yet still can't find it. D info I got 4rm google is dat I shld go to application management 4rm advance options and deleat it n redownload it again, bt I cnt even find d application management. My phone is touch 9800, I really need urgent help.
