There is no rift between Governor Soludo and Obi Achebe. He attended Governor Soludo's second term inauguration ceremony at Alex Ekwueme square in Awka and the governor acknowledged his presence. Only enemies of Anambra state are making up these silly stories of a rift.

Peter Obi and good luck Jonathan are political allies and like brothers . If Jonathan truly wants to contest, he's welcomed but he may wants to consider another political party since his friend, Peter Obi is already the favorite for NDC ticket.

President Jonathan is welcome to join the contest. Peter Obi's supporters should stop attacking everyone who wants to run. Why do they hate competition like this? They fear competition within political party, they fear competition in the general elections itself. Do they want us to just swear in a weakling who is notorious for running away from problems?

Politics is not an emotional sport. Only the naïve create enemies of themselves over the political ambitions of politicians. Having said that, we will watch to see what a three-horse race will bring. A lot will still depend on whether or not Seyi Makinde will be joining the ADC. From a pragmatic point of view, it will serve the Southeast more to fully back Tinubu's candidacy in 2027 in order to have a stake in future negotiations. With Obi's move, he has effectively taken his region out of the conversation and potentially set them back a few years.

Peter Obi will not get the kind of votes he got in 2023 in the south east. The enthusiasm for him is no longer there. Don't be sucked into the imaginary world of his social media fans.

APGA, Bianca Ojukwu, Victor Umeh, Victor Oye and even Father Mbaka at one point in time or another all laid curses on Peter Obi. It is not ordinary.

Did he take permission from Obi before leaving? Obi's supporters are still running with their OK slogan all over social media.

At least, that's one thing Atiku and Obi supporters agree on.

I think both should go and get national appeal ie Atiku build his weak base in the south while Obi builds his weak base in the north instead of asking one to deputize the other. The more they both pretend that they are allies, the more they are seen as sectional/tribal candidates.

Tinubu is playing a dangerous game.
He and his followers pushing him must understand that people especially in the North will die for what they believe in.
Don't play with democracy, some people will die to protect it. They die for less important causes.

You can't win this fight, you're not fighting a just cause. You're fighting with your money while people are fighting with their hearts and souls for what they believe in and think is right.

If the people don't want you, leave power and give it a rest.

The South doesn't support you, and you have lost the partnership you had with the North.

Let it rest. Think about the ones coming after you that will be victims of your reckless selfish decisions.

If trouble starts you can't just say "ok let's go back to where things were", you don't get to decide when it ends.

Think about foreign countries and actors who take advantage of conflicts as contractors and mercenaries.
