Na the same L3 I dey use for over one year plus without stress and the battery strong gidigba. i am finding it difficult to sell it because no low android device battery can last like L3(N15,000 worth)

my friend mtn doesn't do anyone anything. There are alternatives to get in touch with your loved ones apart from MTN. Na Nigerians dey make MTN dey misbehave any how because of large coverage .

LACK OF SOFTWARE UPDATE

This is one of the major problems which many Tecno customer’s have suffered for, we have never heard of OS updates on any Tecno phone. Tecno rather makes new phones everyday, dumping their older customers in the dark while on the venture of getting new ones .They don’t even seem to even know how phone series work. They made N3, went back and made an advance version of the phone and named it P3 ,All same similarity, tecno phones lacks the ability to upgrade it operating system. Am really suprised that nothing has been done about this. Is it that you guys don’t have capable software engineers to fix this or what Any reasonable company that values its customers would have found a solution to this but i'm really suprised that nothing has been done so far. BBM now works on android but my friend's tecno d3 can’t use BBM because he can’t upgrade his phone's operating system. On like Samsung,lg which have ota update,direct with wifi or Samsung kies without rooting the phone. As samsung image for ref:

HIGH PRICE ON SPARE PARTS

Tecno have never used top quality screens for any of their devices. Even the new ‘top notch’ Tecno R7 sports a screen that has nothing to write home about. Tecno is oblivious of Gorilla Glass etc,all is same, Few days Ago, one of my boss call me on which phone to buy on Tecno I recommended H7,after a week he bought the phone ,accidentally fell of his hand as he is coming out his car,broken ,we went to the office,could you imaging ,that we were asked to pay for the screen ,almost half of the money we bought the phone,My boss was angry ,I was humiliated and disappointed ,because I pushed him to buy the phone,he didn’t change,

After that day another customer visited me ,his n9 screen and touch pad broken,they tell him to pay 17,000naira,and it not up to a year he bought the phone,that is to say : the phone is still on warranty, Please define warranty for me people ,because I know of a friend that his s5 samsung screen went blind and it was changed for him? At Samsung office.with his warranty,one of my customer bought infinix last week,it fell couldn't come up,she went to the branch,they change the screen for her free of charge she was so happy,she told me the testimony,unlike her Tecno she couldn't fix because of price...

Despite the fact that you guys improve on getting go keyboard ,still you produce a look alike H3 that is too small,and the keyboard are not responsive at all,still the same just as M3,come on! ,Even the so called R7 keyboard are still not responsive,but check iphone 3 ,even iphone 2 keyboard is very responsive,even without dictionary,i can't have any typing error,ask iphone users,

Doesn't glo sponsor super eagles and Nigeria league? Personally I don't like MTN but each time I switch to other service providers,they render service with strict policies that they don't bend.for instance migration from one tariff to another is free once for life on etisalat while MTN, glo and Airtel is once in a month. Poor customer care from glo in resolving issues like for example calling to check why money was deducted,you hear due to technical problem our engineers are carrying out maintenance (since 2012 till now).MTN is a rip off yet I still use their service for voice only while data is Airtel and etisalat.Let NCC issue another license again as was done in Ghana(Glo Ghana).

I don't work with them either. what I can say is that though they are making huge profit but the condition of business is harsh.Haven't you realised that they're now giving bonus because of stiff competition which made their profit to fall.How wish the cable TV was the same,and to worsen the problem is that Dstv were smart enough to covet English Football League and CNN to themselves.

i donot blame mtn for acting all shitty. it is simple, no serious competition. it is the same stupid mtn that said its impossible to run per second billing in nigeria, giving the same crappy excuses you are giving me now,(no water, no light, no disel} . globacomm came to the rescue. left to mtn, we would probably still be making calls at 40naira per minute or per second while dunder heads like you will still be making useless excuses. (they see opportunity of reaping people off and they took it) it is the fastest way of making more money, after all dangote is still getting butt load of money thru these means.

by the way, nigeria is not the only country in the world suffering power outages, do you expect an organization not to pay tax? you think they wont be paying thru their anus if they happened to be operating in let's say england? all the crap they do with nigerians like stealing their airtime or making calls and the signal keeps going on and off after almost fifteen years of operations can be tolerated in a well organized country? do you know the amount of tax uk telecoms pay to the government? do you want to compare the european or american tax system to that of nigeria?

india still suffers awful power supply more than that of nigeria but you can still get a handful of data for just 3dollars..

India exchange rate to our Naira is low and that's why their data are cheap. Other operators are reluctant to competit with MTN because they are the boss here .in business ,competitors are external factor that is a key in business environment and as a result if you decide as a organization to lower your price to the detriment of you profit, your competitor will do likewise and may push out of business.havent you wonder why MTN top in terms of market shares in some part of West Africa and their home base is a different ball game? Have you for one day ask inspite of the ranting up and down Nigerians still come back to them? Is MTN the only one doing data share that so many people are throwing abuses yet most you will still subscribe to their night plan? Why are all your calls and SMS routed to MTN lines? MTN isn't the only network exploiting from Nigerians because our own global com has join them in their skim.Haven't you wonder year to year MTN is still number 1 in data and calls. Please switch to other networks to discongest it because at least if 80% leave MTN,they will sit up and vice versa.you're suppose to be campaigning for glo or Airtel yet you pouring out your venom on someone you don't even know who might help in the nearest future.
