I just received a text message from Glo on their Sport 5836 update but, I was dumbfounded to see Glo using the MTN Y'ello slang.
Has Glo gone mad? This is what I am trying to find out on this thread.

I wuld pay 200# for a new sim pack...i shuld bring my Id card...and i wuld forcefully pay #750 naira for compulsory credit which i must buy...And dey summed everthing up to 1000# for just sim swap...Am ashamed of the network and i really had to dlete MtN from my brain totally....

pls do it yourself, ask for ur security number by calling 180, then log on to www.mtnonline.com to fill your form. Don't mind them cos glo does the same thing.

nnasino: Glo have to be clearer in their promos if not they'll continue to have more dissatisfied customers. I migrated to the big5 package yesterday and recharged N500 expecting bonus of N2000 that I could use to call any network, browse and send sms. Instead I got N600 on my bonus account and it could only call glo numbers. I called customer care this morning and they explained everything. She said they give 10mb, 600 for on net, 100n offnet and 150 sms on net. Why wouldn't they just say this from d onset. Everyone should know what to expect since they (glo) couldn't be straightforward.
