Around 9pm last night I subscribed for glo Bis 1month plan on my blackberry bold 3 device. After waiting for 2hours the plan was not working so I decided to call their customer care. I waited for 30mins , a guy finally picked. I told him my issue , he said he was sorry and that before my plan will be active I will have to give him my phone's IMEI number , Bb pin , device model. no problem , I gave him my details. He promised that the issue will be resolved by this morning. I slept around 11:30pm last night.

Woke up 6am this morning , checked my phone but the plan will still not working. Out of anger I called the customer care again , complained to them and again ; they asked for my phone details (IMEI number , Bb pin and phone model). Out of reluctance I gave it to them , they promised to resolve the issue but still , nothing was done.

As at the time of writing this the issue hasnt been resolved. I have called them over 5times now , they haven't resolved the issue. Even after collecting my phone details.

Right now am very bitter and worried . I don't know what they want to do with my phone details. I wasted 1k on them. I had to subscribe on My MTN just so that I can post this.

Pls NCC should look into this issue and seriously caution GLO. They should stop collecting people's IMEI number. That's very unprofessional of them. Its a criminal act.

You have being getting it because you recharge often but the day You stop for about a week, it will result to what I posed earlier on. You bonus accumulate but validity doesn't. for clarity call 200 or visit etisalat website to read terms and conditions, even in the advert it was clearly stated "bonus valid for 7days"

I Don't really get what you're saying. But the #1000 bonus from my bb sub of over a month ago is still there and has been accumulating. They only wipe off my bonus airtime if after 7 days I don't recharge.

cant explain the issue with Airtel recently. i noticed my call rates jumped from N12/min to over N24 naira. i called the customer centre they said something about because i have an internet plan bla bla bla. what has my internet plan got to do with my call rate. come to think of shouldn't my call rate even drop if I'm loyal and still subscribe to other services. i asked that ok please take me to my earlier plan i have had for many years now is an issue.

anyway luckily i have a new etisalate sim that gives me equal amount as additional bonus when i recharge and only charges N24 for the 1st min and N12 for subsequent mins.

Am still researching on the network to port my number of 13yrs now finally to

Just about 20mins ago I got a call frm a nomba 33592 on my mtn line,I pikd nd heard a voice saying if u want 2 subscribe 2 prayer bla bla bla preSs 1,I ended d call only 2 get a mssg frm mtn telling me I've successfully subscribed 4 d wakeup prayer nd 50naira was deducted frm my account. Now my question is ,is der no regulatory body who watch nd control dis telecoms network? Who can one take his complains 2? Dis attitude of telecoms ntwk deducting frm ones account or even givin onne a callertune neva subscribed frm is really getin 2much.
