You said the fee is #6,350 but it will interest you that I paid #11,500 for the 3years category at dopemu local govt Secretariat Lagos.I challenged the lady collecting the money her reply was "those signing the documents will collect money,VIS or VIO,ROAD SAFETY and the person that will take it there will collect money too"
Then I asked myself will this country ever get better?
Will the civil servant ever stop collecting bribe?
The problem with this country is you and I,we always take advantage of each other in what ever position we are.

Why dont you go into plantain production? Since you claim you can relocate to Ibadan, if you are willing i can facilitate how you get land at a reasonable price(perhaps lease at the start) in Ibadan (though on the outskirts i.e. Moniya) and you can inter-crop the farm with Melon (Egusi) but be prepared to buy a shelling machine to aid you in processing the Melon at maturity. Plantain matures in 9 - 12 months and Melon in 3 - 4 months, the melon can cover your cost while waiting for the plantain to mature.

If I were you,hmmn I will gladly stay in Abeokuta,for the following reasons
Transportation very easy
Housing very affordable
Saving very easy
Feeding very cheap compare to Lagos
Stress free
Cheap faaji
Conducive environment
No hold up just go slow
With this little advice of mine I hope I have been able to convince and not to confuse you that Abeokuta is better with your present job than Lagos.

I don't mind working with farmers outside lagos e.g Ibadan and Abeokuta.I am tired of Lagos hustle and bustling lol

Fishery I heard is less risky.
