2. Anambra is a poor and broke state and doesn't have such funds to run the laundry list he's trying to fool people with

3. Abandoning IGR/Taxes with dwindling Federal allocations is foolish, reckless and ill advised and he can not even sustain such idiocy since the state doesn't have any meaningful economic activities or industrial base to bring in extra income.

4. Dashing money away while hoping the recipients invest the money is not only naive, it's dumb, irresponsible and just strange. You are basically dashing out free money with zero returns unless the money is tied down to conditions and requirements..

5. Cutting back on taxes and IGR means losing money while dashing money away at the same time

6. In recessions, you do direct investments in infrastructures and even if you are going to give our free money, you have to make sure your tax base is expanded and collection is enforced instead of doing the opposite especially in a poor and economically depressed state that's generating meager N1.1 billion monthly.
