@Topic....the stats have shown that IGR figures IN NIGERIA are not an adequate measure of economic activity.

The informal economy is a huge reason for this, especially in the SE. Ebonyi's relatively high IGR compared to many states is an indicator that something is not quite right in the calculation of the SE's GDP and IGR.
