Tobico:N30,480 For everything. However, effective 2nd February, 2020 the schengen countries have hiked their visa fees. Read the update here: https://visa.vfsglobal.com/nga/en/fra/news/fee-changes-effective |
Tobico:I didn't exactly get this part of your question. Anyway, you can only apply for a visa with a valid international passport. Other documents you may need to support your application include -Travel insurance -Hotel booking in France *Flight booking to France -Copy of your employment letter and certificate of incorporation **Three months bank statements and payslips -Introduction letter from your employer -Any other document such as marriage certificate, tax clearance papers, Property documents etc. *Since you want to go to turkey and France, you should book Turkish airlines and indicate the number of days you want to stay in Turkey before proceeding to France. (Note Turkish airlines flies from Lagos to Instanbul and then to Paris) check their website here https://www.turkishairlines.com/en-int/index.html? **Do you realistically think the amount you mention can cater for you for the whole trip? Maybe you should consider checking ticket and hotels prices first. Bonus point: The France visa application center in Lagos will henceforth accept only POS as mode of payment. |
approvedxxx:Answer this yourself.. Having gotten two schengen visas from Italy in the past, what made you decide to apply through France this time? |
IamR:That can can be regarded as an additional document. It is not compulsory, however, you can still support your application with one. |
Aslebe:You can find the answer to your question in their website https://france-visas.gouv.fr/en_US/ |
goldosa:When I said only photocopies, I actually mean only photocopies. Although colored copies are also photocopies.. |
goldosa:No. Only photocopies, except Bank statement and Introduction letter from your employer (If Applicable). |
pufframmy:Proof of emplyment = (Your company registration documents, tax certificate, company bank statement) A detailed self introductory letter explaining the relationship with your fiancé and why you chose to visit France. For your past Italian visa, just a colored copy would suffice. |
pufframmy:Valid international passport Passport photograph Completed Application form Travel insurance Flight booking Hotel booking Proof of employment Bank statement Pay slip (If applicable) Marriage certificate Any other supporting document. Note: The above list is for one person. The other spouse should submit exactly the same set of documents. Good luck |
lionlee216:Definitely Short stay tourist visa. Generally, the schengen requirements are the same for all countries. Completed application form Travel insurance that covers your entire stay in the schengen area. A round flight reservation that show return to your country of residence. Proof of employment and proof of subsistence And Proof of accommodation in the schengen area (Hotel booking etc). For this part, your host should be able to provide a sufficient proof that he will accommodate you during your stay in addition to sending you an invitation. And ohh the Italy visa fee (20,400)is slightly lesser than French (20,835). How easier it will be for you to get all this Choice is yours. |
pufframmy:Kindly clarify your question please. |
Kindly note that I don't chat privately with anyone regarding visa application. I will try as much as I can to answer your questions and to provide you with a link to site where you can get the needed information. Regards |
goldosa:Short answer: By making payment. Generally hotel companies give period of days before they will cancel your reservation if you fail to make payment. However, the length of days will depend on the customer. Some travel agencies can secure a longer days reservations even without paying the money. |

goldosa:I assume u want to apply for a tourist visa to France. You don't need to pay for the tour package, but you can book for any tourist attraction center you may want to visit and print the booking and submit together with your application. |
millyscent:By the embassy I assume u mean either French or Italian consulate. Generally they require minimum of 15 working days to process your application, however, some applications take less than that and some may take even more than that. |
For enquiries concerning applying for schengen visa to France or Italy ask me. |
Tinaslim:Unfortunately No. Alausa together with Ikoyi have migrated to issuing the New enhanced passport that cost 25K. Only FESTAC issue the old one now. |
Hello Does anybody has experience with FESTAC office. Please share it |
rilone4canny:Picture of the standing fan and location |
xule20:Thank you. In other words Ikoyi now ONLY issue the New passport with NIN. Right? |
I have read almost all the pages on this thread but something is still unclear to me. The fact that 32 page passport fee is 25,000 for IKOYI and other Passport processing centers is 17,000 Does it means that Ikoyi only produce the new enhanced e-passport and no longer produce the old passport? If yes, how about the fact that NIN is mandatory for the new enhance e-passport and surprisingly when I was trying to register online, the field for NIN was not asterisk and I went ahead and saw 25,000 as the total amount. Does it mean I'd be given the normal regular passport (without NIN) for 25,000? Or the new enhanced e-passport even thoughtl I don't have the NIN. Please those that did 5 year validity, 32 paged passport recently in Ikoyi and other center help me with the actual fess paid online and the type of passport issued. |
