Wow! What can I say? I'm greatly overwhelmed to note that even my fellow writers voted 4 me yet I didn't vote for anyone because I 4got.

Now I'm having writers block in expressing my gratitude to all of you. I just want to simply say, thank you. Thank u 4 voting 4 me and thank u 4 ur beautiful comments. I appreciate u all. This feels lyk a Nobel prize for literature to me. I know I'm really not the best writer here so I'll take my tym 2 read frm other writers to learn more at your literary feet.

Wow! Guys, I really don't know what to say. I had to take a few minutes to comport myself before I continued editing after my friend called me to tell me I'd won. I'm totally overwhelmed. I really can't believe this. I've been trying to hold myself frm crying lyk our Oleng. Thank u isn't enough. It's only God I can ask 2 bless u all for dis luv u hv shown me. Wow! I visited the competition thread 2day and I must say I was greatly overwhelmed. Wat started as a trial & error stuff jst 4 fun on my part has turned in2 sumtin beautiful. I mean posting my story here. Evn if I dnt win it, knowing u guys tuk ur tym 2 go and vote 4 me makes me feel lyk a winner! I'm very grateful 2 everyone.

dammygoody: OK..I spent about 26 hrs reading this story to this point...you may have heard this a thousand and one times but I have ''to say my own'', you are one great writer ma'am, simply articulated,- you are wonderful.
When I got to page 29 or thereabout, I had to rush back to page 0 and re-read about an innocent Oleng after which I couldn't hold my tears....
This story has in it a lot of messages which youngsters today must carefully examine...seriously, I can't imagine what would happen the day I find out my 15-year old sister is pregnant...
I have a lot of things to point out but I guess I'll do that later since I'm now an ardent follower..
And yea, Audrey Timms, I just like the name, it's so sweet ..can you dash me?

seunlarry: Immature immature is rather an offensive word to us in describing any reader's expression. Understand this truth,what dave feels/felt for Oleng was never love but obsession, and just a very thin line separates them. Dave would have turned out a cool guy had he dealt with the evil in him before now. Sometimes,you might get too carried away by desires that you wouldn't know when you become too obsessed which inturn can make you over-possessive. Oleng didn't make matters any better too cos deep within her,her marriage to dave was just a quest for revenge......for God's sake,why open another chapter when you've not closed the previous? All these are real life situations for us all to draw a lesson or two from.......sometimes,you love something/someone soooooo much that you just have to let go.......#just musing# Audrey Darling......God bless you......like seriously!
