My first trimester is almost over and it wasn’t easy but what really helped me was early morning hot ginger tea with a squeeze of lime water.

It helped with the nauseous feeling and vomit
Try as much to rest too.

Good afternoon mummies in the house.
This is my first pregnancy and am in my first trimester.
Nauseous feeling,vomiting,purging,loss of appetite,weak, I feel cold and warm at the same time and been crying because I don’t like how am feeling.
😭😭
