Pixel 4XL will get android 13 and support for at least one extra year. Battery is decent.

S10 has had its last update, but is still a very capable device. Battery too, is moderate.

Id go for the pixel tho.

The only disadvantage is that you'll will not be able to do a factory reset on the phone. Once you do, it becomes locked to the US network again.

That's it. Everything else works just like the factory unlocked one, and can be found even cheaper. If you're considering it, buy it. Use a chip to unlock or ask for Worldwide unlocking. You're good to go!

Update on the post above, finally went to the post office this morning as I couldn't make it over the weekend.

Talked to the manager in charge of the conduct of their postman and it was a case of "no vex, he won't try such again, I will personally caution him", I just smiled picked up my package, paid the normal ₦200 and walked away. Mission accomplished, it might not be much but it will save someone from being extorted.
Like I said earlier, I usually tip the main guy that brings my package but that is of my freewill, but I will not accept being "billed" by someone to do their jobs, whether na Naija we dey or not.....

I bought this Samsung note 20 ultra on contract a year ago and I Insured it immediately. That means I pay for the phone and the insurance fee monthly. It's supposed to be for 24months.

Okay, I'm not the most protective and careful person and I think using a cover ruins the beauty of the phone. So the Phone fell may times with broken back camera glass and front screen. So the problem is that I tried getting my insurance guys to fix the broken parts and they wouldn't. They claimed they only fix the phone if it's not working anymore. I wouldn't have been paying for insurance if this was explained to me from the start.

Now I need the phone to be permanently broken for them to agree to fix it. Is there any app/software I could use that will destroy it cos I don't wanna destroy it physically.

Google the process of changing firmware on Samsung, start the process using the tools, then halfway, remove the USB cord! Phone bricked.
