We must stop this I am yoruba and I am ibo nonsense if we must grow as a nation. Why must we bicker over ethnic diversity on a forum like this? This shows how much we despise ourselves as a nation and if we must develop as one country, we need to put party and ethnic affiliation behind and above sentiments.

Why do GEJ supporters curse and make derogatory words against anyone not in support of GEJ at the slightest provocation?

it is not a question of if approved. GEJ has now decided to convey a SNC. All these cmmttees are just cosmetic to make it real. The SNC is gonna be a waste of time and resources. GEJ wants to keep the nation busy with the conference while he strategises on winning 2015 that he will surely contest and possibly rig. GEJ, as things are now, cannot win a free and fair election. Nigerians are gonna be neck-deep discussing issues that will not see the lights of the day, while the masses and the nation will further plung into poverty and abyss.

@sincerenigerian, we are not surprised about GEJ expected decision to set up a framework for the actualisation of a SNC that civil societies and socio-political groups have been clamouring for. It is a gimmick to nip the raging inferno, that seems to consume thier party, in the bud. Have you not read in the last one month from athouritative news portals that he has been advised to subscribe to the idea of a SNC. Some of his backers will come here and tell us he is a listening president now. This action is simply a political maneavour. Quote me!!
