Do we atribute dis situation/enviroment to pdp's 16years of misrule and embzlement?. For more than 16years of AD,ACN,now APC ruling lagos state yet lagos state is far from development. Most of the structures and infastructures are base on individual efforts. My question is what has tinubu, fashola and co have been doing in lagos state?.
