lansile:So, your electoral process has a good image by shutting down their server and preventing results from being uploaded from polling units as they promised and did in ekiti state Governorship elections. So, if someone feels cheated by such scam and deception from the INEC chairman, he should just quietly go and sleep. My dear, not everyone can accept such acts. PO was in Apga, and saw Apga is an Igbo /Anambra party and can't win any national election on that platform, he joined PDP and ran VP for ATIKU in 2019. If he feels he doesn't have the financial muscle to stand ATIKU in the primaries, and left to LP, what's the crime in that?? Must he be vice to somebody..? Is it wrong for him to aspire to presidency?? Does any man have right to tell his fellow man not to dream big or not to aspire to greater heights?? How many times did PMB contest before winning through BAT's help?? And how many times have ATIKU been contesting now..?? You people just hate PO because he is from the east. That's all. |
saintkel:What do you mean they didn't cause divide?? You didn't see the news, all the agitations and condemnation from Christian leaders...?? Isn't that obvious they are not happy??. How else do you want the divide to appear..?? |
Tee2027:Baseless hatred..name one thing he has done wrong in Nigeria. Someone exercised his God-given right and you guys want to hang him for it. Real politicians...are hailing his courage and audacity. Just imagine the impact he has created in Nigeria in less than 6 months of joining LP. Who knows LP before...?? Just PO entrance into LP has paved way for new opportunities for young politicians. See how many rode on his back and displaced incumbent governors, senators and honorables. You didn't read how ordinary okada rider worn federal house of reps in LP just because of PO. My dear stop your hatred....only evil people hate progress. Atleast even if PO didn't win, he has pushed many youths into power and come 11th March, LP will shake Nigeria again....just watch out. |
Elvis2kay:For your information, no one person is entitled to power. Every human being is entitled to it. So, reset your mindset. A person who doesn't spend a dime to bribe politicians or rig elections and a person who buys votes, stash billions in bullion vans in his house, bribe Governors with juicy offers...who is more power drunk..?? See how una dey reason upside down |
sammy329:And what did PO do or say during his campaigns that showed he is a religious bigot ![]() You didn't read all the articles online of how he included Muslim guys in his government as a governor...?? You didn't read that... My dear, you just hate this PO for nothing. |
ElSudani:So the APC who exploited religion 100% is not dangerous. So, christians should sit idle and watch Muslims rule them over and over again..?? For what reason... So, you want a Christian to vote for a party who didn't put them into consideration in their party structure...?? How did PO exploit religion... explain and stop supporting bad thing |
Creeper:There is nothing like one being "opportunist". People just form one grammar and be using on others. So, if you see an opportunity to get something for yourself "without hurting anybody" , you will ignore it and allow another take it... ![]() How biased you guys reason. So nobody should contest election again and compete with those old brainless men in APC and PDP... because of fear of being called an opportunist.. ![]() So, you are happy with the wasted 8 years Buhari and APC dragged this nation backward...?? Someone else saw the need to go and correct the bad leadership of PDP and APC, and you are here calling him opportunist... Nawa o o... I thought anyone who has a smartphone and regularly comments on nairaland is "educated".. Please let's stop calling people names for no just cause. So, other young new politicians who dethroned sitting Governors, reps and NA senators are also "opportunists" or they shouldn't aspire to be there..?? Does anybody or region have the sole right and monopoly of ruling others, while others sit and watch..?? So, other presidential aspirants in the just concluded elections are also opportunists too..?? It's just because PO gave them headache, pointed at their bad leadership and plans to dethrone them that they hate him so much... that's all. No other reason. But you should think differently because he has done you no wrong. Before PO quickly joined labour party after PDP primaries, the whole nation have been kicking against the Muslim-muslim ticket that APC brought. They brought division not PO. BE FAIR IN YOUR JUDGMENTS...for posterity sake. |
ejifranks:I am surprised at them o o..... |
sammy329:You people reason in a funny way. I am not an obedient, or atikulated or Jagabanistic Nigerian. I am just a Nigerian. But when some people who are educated begins to be biase in their reasoning and conclusions, I get irritated. Part of the proof one is educated is to look at controversial issues holistically. How can you ignore a group who paraded muslim-muslim candidates, and didn't bother calling them "divisive" , then come and call another group who paraded muslim-christian candidates "divisive"...?? I don't understand o o... What did PO do or say during his campaigns that showed he is tribalistic, or a religious bigot or the divisive you are supporting. Did he talk in riddles or proverbs or used codes.... Please show me...I am here to learn , not to argue. Thanks |
ghiloman28:So, it's in the the same area that the rain fell?? So, the rain fell in the whole of rivers state...?? Didn't it occur to you that rain may not have fallen in that area...?? I am just being logical and reasonable |
victorVIC1:Mind you...going to school or formal education isn't what matters. Formal education becomes light when the bearer has good home training.... because charity begins at home. If you like train the child of someone like MC OLUOMO in Harvard, that child will still behave like an agbero.... it's in the parental upbringing. When he returns from the so-called good education, he sees the kind of people around his father...lawless people...how the father's urchins move from one garage to another collecting illegal taxes, beat up helpless drivers and traders, confiscate people's goods and wares...and so on. The mother hangs out with brainless women who smoke, take drugs, bleach their skin, use dirty foul words when talking, keep ditching out instructions to their urchins and girls with high voices and sarcastic tones,.....and more What do you expect from that child...?? My dear, charity begins at home....Na true talk |
Lithiumite:Oga please try and reason well, and stop saying things this way please. I don't understand why you reason this way. Please don't call day light robbery a good thing. Remember there is karma. Once reaps what he does whether in words or actions. I don't fight or support any candidate. All I want is a peaceful Nigeria. If my best friend or father or mother commits a crime, I condemn it totally. I don't support bad things, no matter who is doing it...whether senator, pastor, bishop,pope,imam,father,mother,child...just anybody. Including myself. Yesterday, I said something wrong about this election to somebody, I quickly had to correct myself. That's called wisdom. Let me ask you one simple question... What is difficult I taking shorts of the final result in a polling unit and uploading to INEC server...?? What is difficult in that...?? They were claiming server was down or bad. Somebody was given over #50b to conduct a credible and free election, and the person is complaining of down server on the day of the most important election... And you say that person's excuse is valid. Big social media platforms like Facebook, twitter,youtube,instagram...that have bigger human traffic than many well populated countries haven't complained of such server down at critical times.. Even our own dear nairaland gave never. If you a company owner and gives your manager all the needed tools to do a job and he fails woefully to make you lose major contract you have been pursuing for 4 years, will you still leave him at the job...? Ask yourself that question. And you are here supporting the bad job of INEC because it favours BAT. What we should be doing is addressing the irresponsibility of INEC and making INEC leadership regional so that the INEC at Abuja will not have absolute power, otherwise this same thing will occur in the future.. I hate how people reason sometimes. Please reason well.. |
VTJN:I pity you. Hear yourself ask such question. So because somebody is a senator or legislator, he knows everything? If you were once an undergraduate, and you have morons or dullards as classmates, and these same classmates later in life, somehow, by hook or crook find their way into politics and become law makers, what good thing do you think can come from them...? I ask you..? That someone is a governor, president, senator, or anything is not a criteria for grading such on grounds of wisdom, knowledge and understanding. It's in the administration of such position. How sensible such people are to the real sensible people is the criteria. If I see a senseless person I know. No matter the level of achievement he claims to have attained. It's only a shame that the educated black man is so afraid to fight for himself to the point that clueless and uneducated individuals continue to lead and mess them up. It's a real shame. |
harjay1986:Oga, the so-called southwest is not filled with only Yoruba people. Every state or region in Nigeria is filled with many people from all walks of life, whether Southeast, or northeast, north central, northwest, northanything...southanything.... Those state names were given for political, economic and social reasons and for national development and planning. It's just like creating a new state by land demarcation of the parent states, and then naming the states. Soon the divided states will begin seeing themselves as different forgetting that they were once one and together. Humans...dividing humans using land boundaries physically and using words psychologically to cause divisions, strive and contention among the once united people. This is why , even though I am a Christian, I love all religion and tribes...I have a different mentality. Never insulted Igbos,or Hausas,or yorubas or any other tribe, whether minor or major because I believe all humans are brothers. So, let's stop all this state, region, tribal and religious word-war.... it's causing more division |
Neoteny7:It's better to try and fail than not to try at all. How many times did buhari contest before he finally won? How many times did Atiku contest and still contesting. Even though I am not obedient, or atikulated or Jagabanistic, I believe he did unsettle APC and PDP, and has gotten himself a good structure by attempting this once, if it's declared in favour of Baba. Whoever goes there and create policies that will favour the lot of average Nigerians, let God put him there. That's my take. God is still in charge. |
MiniImportation:And how do you know he fornicates at night?? A man that claims he saw another man in the house of a juju priest, what did he go there to do...?? You can't ask someone to practice righteousness, when yourself is guilty of accusing them of sins you aren't sure of. And even if you are sure, you don't bring them out to the public or call them names. If you feel a brother over-reacted to an issue, just simply correct him with love. Not calling him names. Only God is qualified to judge another man on the basis of sin. Thanks |
lereinter:So the anointed should fold hands and watch the wicked toil with their lives and destiny, and that of their children...?? How long will it go on.... You didn't read in the Bible where the anointed also became tired and fought back?? Daniel 11:32, GMT. |
Helgreenluv:Let them go and fight their mates in sambisa forest first, not ordinary innocent Nigerian. So, in your mind, a military man without gun or uniform can truly beat a civilian who is gallant and healthy ![]() Think again....that we respect our force men here doesn't mean they are truly strong I have witnessed a takwaendo guy beat disarm 3 soldiers and beat them up in Enugu. They ran to go and bring more men in the barracks. By the time they returned, the guy was gone. They just mounted roadblock and start harassing vehicles and innocent people. N.A....my foot. |
Ruggedniggaone:The way you guys sound is funny. You think people will just stand by and watch you kill them...?? So the Igbos don't have hands to fight for themselves...?? What makes you think MC oluomo and his thugs will just be showing the Igbo guys shegge and they will just fold hands and be watching...? So, the thugs no dey die or no be blood they flow their veins.... On a normal ground, man -to- man, you think any agbero can truly beat an Igbo man of thesame stature. MC oluomo I know very well from oshodi has no single strength when it comes to man -to- man fight. You people should stop sounding like the Igbos are helpless in the hands of those tribes that think they have the absolute right to violence. Silence doesn't mean weakness.... That's all I have to say. |
