These associations are well structured with central executives (Chairmen, Secretaries, PROs etc) that have well defined constitutions that take care of fraud related cases involving their members. When any of the auto parts suppliers is found wanting in fraud related cases, the goods or money in contention is retrieved, in some cases the supplier is handed over to law enforcement agencies and the supplier can even lose his shop. We work together with the executives of these associations to address fraud related cases. This is when the customers on autopartz.com notify us and we subsequently contact the executives of these associations.

We contacted most of the auto parts suppliers through their association's meetings, and we took stock of their inventory when we were physically present in their shops. The others were contacted directly in their shops. We also regularly update the directory in our database with that of the market associations.
