Jobs/VacanciesEmpowering The Nation And Solving The Unemployment Problem In Nigeria, One Youth by auxano01(op): 12:39am On Oct 31, 2020
Six years ago, Babatunde had just graduated from university. The sheer exuberance and zeal to change the labor market could be seen in his eyes. Burning with desire, this youth was ready to take the accounting sector by storm. Babatunde ticks all the right boxes to succeed in Nigeria, or so he thought. A year down the drain, Babatunde started to understand why qualified graduates could not get jobs. The system is flawed and the opportunities were few and not recurring.

In 2016, statistical reports revealed that approximately 47% of graduates are thrown into the unemployment basket yearly. Another report suggests only 51% of graduates get to practice their course of study after spending years in the university getting certified.
Babatunde started thinking of how to diversify into other businesses. In 2015, He decided to join the Agency Banking Business because in his words, “if you’re in this country you must understand that everybody with his own head o, we can’t keep waiting for job opportunities to come to you. You have to be innovative and get something doing.”

''We all know what is happening around the country, there are really no jobs out there for all the unemployed youths. We must find something to do and that’s why youths are now Learning jobs and trades you won’t have thought of years ago. It is important to persevere because it takes a lot of patience and hard work to succeed.'' Babatunde added.

He seized the opportunity to use his father’s shop right in front of the house as his business center. He began operations as an agency banker in his Iju community in the Far East of Lagos state.

He applied his knowledge of accounting into the business as he built steadily over the next months. Today, he has outgrown his “fathers shop” and aims to open his 4th outlet by the end of the year. Babatunde has gone from being an unemployed graduate to being an employer of labor. He has employed and trained 4 youths on the Agency Banking Business and has Tingg terminals in all his shops.
Like Babatunde, Hundreds of thousands of willing youths and capable graduates are being granted the opportunity to move from unemployment to becoming their own bosses as Tingg agents. Tingg is dedicated to playing its part in the eradication of unemployment amongst the Nigerian populace.

As of the time of publication, the unemployment rate in Nigeria has risen from 4.3% in 2015 to 27%. This also shows that there’s a pool of capable minds out there to be empowered and given an opportunity to make a living for themselves and their families. One youth at a time, Tingg is connecting willing and capable youths to employment opportunities in the agency banking sector.
By 2025, Tingg aims to have empowered and employed 500,000 youths into the agency banking sector as we continue our efforts to ensure unemployment in Nigeria is history.

To many, the Nigerian dream is to get a degree, bag a white-collar job, save for a few years to support personal development and family members, get married, and live happily ever after. Pretty dramatic huh? Funny enough, 30% of Nigeria's population is uneducated. So how do they love the Nigerian dream? Is the Nigerian dream achievable for only the literates and educated?

The morning sun always rises with Frank well sited and ready for business at his Angwa Shaho location in the heart of Abuja, He has warmed his way into the hearts of his neighbors and customers for being a very lively and ever ready to help agent. In the last 7 months, Frank has gone from being a certified nurse/midwife in search of job placement to being one of the biggest and most consistent agency bankers in Nigeria.

He did not let the national job scarcity issues deter him from living the ‘Nigerian dream’. In his words, ‘‘I always want to be successful irrespective of what I do, who doesn’t ehn. As a Nigerian youth, I’m always on the lookout for opportunities. If I’m not getting a job now, how about I create one for myself and earn from there.’’

‘‘What I have noticed is many people think agency banking is a scam, I also thought so months back but I know better now. Anybody with some capital even as low as ₦50,000 can start the agency banking business, it's better than living a life of crime. Anybody can make it as an Agency Banker, I am a certified Nurse and Midwife, but I am making a career and life off agency banking. I have successfully convinced three guys in my neighborhood to join the agency banking bandwagon and they’re doing good already too. Frank Added.

''It’s a business I will easily recommend to anyone considering you do not need tertiary certifications or be overly literate to navigate this business. All you need is a willing heart, some capital, and tingg. If you don't have a university degree, you can still make it in life as a agency banker. you just have to be responsible and disciplined, with patience you can grow your income steadily and eventually live the Nigerian dream.''

CareerPractical Tips On How To Earn ₦200,00 Monthly In Nigeria Legally by auxano01(op): 2:08pm On Sep 09, 2020
Contrary to popular belief, making money is actually very simple. It is as easy as ABC. Just ask any Tingg Agent. More people are comfortable transacting with neighborhood bankers since the easing of the COVID-19 induced lockdown, patronage for mobile money agents (popularly known as neighborhood/agency bankers) has systematically skyrocketed due to the closure of banks and limitations of ATMs (many ATMs were out of service over the four-month period), most Nigerians decided to give mobile money agents the evidence of doubt and the numbers keep increasing. Some Mobile money agents earn more than ₦200,000 monthly, approximately 40% shy of the national salary average pegged at ₦339,000.

Making money as a Tingg agent is quite easy and direct, it’s a numbers game really. You earn for every transaction you perform. Basically, the more transactions you close, the more you earn. To make more money you need to do more transactions, so here's the question. How can you perform/do more transactions? Here are three easy and practical tips to help you make more money, increase your profits, and grow your business.

Location – After interviewing tens of successful agents over the last 6 months, one tip keeps coming back. Every successful agent and/or businessman will let you know that the location of your business is a very essential factor in making sales. You don’t take a business to an area because you think you’ll do well there, you take your business to where you’re assured of patronage. While some businesses are better situated in rural areas others are better in a largely urbanized environment.

Picture this scenario, Agent Abel owns a kiosk in a close at a residential area while Agent Bash owns a shop at the heart of Computer Village. Which Agent do you think will attract more customers and make more sales?

The location you’re situated is one of the first questions you must answer right and get perfect before going into the agency banking business.

Environment – After picking a suitable and favorable location to rent a shop or install your kiosk, making sure the environment is neat and permissible is next. Your surroundings reflect your persona (the attributes you possess and/or allow) more than you think or notice. Ensuring your shop/kiosk’s immediate environment is neat, tidy, airy, and smells nice is very essential. Endeavor to make your customers look/feel comfortable and convenient with your environment while you are sorting their payments or attending to other customers in the queue?

Ask yourself, if you are requiring the services of an agent for the first time, is your surroundings convenient enough for you to come back a second time? Remember there are other agents and competitors around, why should any customer do business with you over the others? Tingg Agents are known for their promptness to serve, neatness, sound hygiene, and amiable business environments.

Customer Service – your business slogan should speak and demonstrate that ‘’customers are always right’’ you could have the finest and neatest surrounding in the chicest location, but your business acumen and manners are totally off. An agent needs to be an easy spoken, patient, and understanding person because you will be encountering diverse individuals and you’re in the business of moving their money. These strangers may not look/act friendly towards you but they require your service, it’s up to you to make them feel welcomed, relaxed, and comfortable in your space. The manner of approach and choice of words should be gentle, subtle, and firm.

Over 80% of agents interviewed revealed that customer interaction and service plays an essential role in the success of any agency banker. Some noted that customers come back to their shops/kiosks because of how they interacted the previous time. Some agents have dedicated customers who will not do business with any other agent if their preferred agent is unavailable simply because of the excellent customer-client interaction between them.

The tips above will set the pace for any want to be successful agent. These tips have been extracted from the interviews of the best transacting agents on the Tingg platform over the past 7 months. These are practical everyday tips that have worked for many, is currently working for more, and will work for you if applied and followed judiciously.

If you want to earn extra income on an already established business or even start a business from scratch, Mobile Money is worth considering as an option to explore. Click tingg.com.ng/agents to register as a Tingg Agent and earn more. Kindly drop your questions, inquiries, and comments in the section below.

CareerSimple Career Decisions That Will Favor Your Account Balance by auxano01(op): 2:59pm On Sep 02, 2020
Chukwunweike is the perfect description of the 21st-century Nigerian youth. The Abraka native has faced challenges and his determination and perseverance as seem him surmount all and stand tall despite all he had faced. A few years ago, Ike as is he is fondly called by friends and loved ones were facing a dilemma on what next to do after graduating from the prestigious Delta state university in his home town. Ike had traveled halfway through the south-south region in search of job opportunities and found none appealing to his certificate and status.

Ike was not going to take any job because it was available, he had a goal. He knew his worth and was not going to settle for less. Some say destiny, other quote fate, Ike inquisitiveness and willingness to know more made him approach an aggregator (he didn’t know that when they met) while he was at the bank. He noticed the young man in a branded t-shirt and decided to ask what the brand was about. A short discussion in the banking hall led to them exchanging numbers and the rest is history? not just yet.

Ike arranged for another meeting with the aggregator and he was sold in on the agency banking idea. Ike’s zeal for more and his hunger to succeed saw him join in on the tingg agency platform and start transacting. Starting from a few transactions on his phone in his first week of operations, Ike now owns four shops (he also added selling of phone accessories to his shops) across delta state with a view of adding two to that number before the turn of the year.

According to ike, ‘’ You are either making moves or constituting a nuisance’’ Ike is a strong believer that the average Nigerian youth can add value to any society. Even in the diaspora, we are hardworking and we’re doing well academically and business-wise Ike added.

Ike is passionate about the Nigerian youth and has sought out to help as many as he can, currently, he employs 5 youths who are learning the agency banking trade under him and he aims to keep adding to that number. To him, if he can do it then anyone else can and he is determined to mentor willing and capable youths in his community to achieve economic & financial stability. In his parting shots, Ike leaves advice to all agency bankers across the nation ‘’ The major thing is wherever you are, build your business. Let your customers leave with the mindset that you are reliable. You will do well to make certain sacrifices to gain the trust and confidence of customers, it’s not always about profit. Just let them know you are reliable. Also, your location matters in this business. Make a statement with your attitude, advertise and once once, make you self deh enjoy because problem no deh finish for this life’’

A popular phrase goes; Show me your friend and I will tell you who you are. Association rubs off, it is said that if you walk with 5 successful people, you will become the 6th successful person and vice versa. One way or the other, the decisions, lifestyle, and attitude of the people around you rub off on you and influence your decisions and processes. Mr. Patrick counts his many blessings today due to the association he’s been in and the kind of friends he makes, being a studious and resourceful man was not enough to scale his finances and he knew it hence his decision to confide in his friend.

According to Mr. Patrick, Customer management is very essential for sales but so is location, that’s an unwritten rule of sales in agency banking. ‘’In this business, the major thing is the location. Every experienced agency banker knows you won’t get a high turn over if your location is not favorable. You don’t just open kiosks in a close or anyhow area because you want to start a business and someone else did. The busier the area, the better for your business.’’ Mr. Patrick added.

Recently, He added an agency banking corner to his mart. Asides serving as a second source of income, the agency banking corner also helps customers make withdrawals and payments with his POS thereby greatly reducing conflict resolution between his cashiers and customers on ‘change’, underpayments, and credit buys issues. Now customers can make withdrawals from the agency banking slot before going on to the store to make purchases, for some customers it takes away the extra need to go join an ATM queue under the sun to withdraw money before coming to the store now they can eliminate that journey and just do all that in the mart.

I owe the agency banking idea to my friend, he’s an agent and has been in the system for years. He opened my eyes to the agency banking business and it has been very helpful for me and my mart.

AgricultureWill Agriculture Become The Sector To Reduce The Unemployment Rate In Nigeria? by auxano01(op): 2:44pm On Aug 04, 2020
Youth Unemployment Rate in Nigeria averaged 23.63% from 2014 until 2018, reaching an all-time high of 38% in the second quarter of 2018. In the long-term, the Nigeria Youth Unemployment Rate is projected to trend around 44.00% in 2021 and 45.00% percent in 2022, according to our econometric models. With the advent of COVID 19, more people have lost jobs, fewer firms are recruiting hence more chaos for an already impending job crisis. Youths also constitute about 40% of Nigeria’s labor force and approximately 45% of her 180 Million population. With that noted, it is safe to assume that Youths in Nigeria have the potentials needed to participate effectively in agricultural development.

Major problems encountered by youths in agriculture include lack of interest in agriculture as a result of drudgery in farm operations, lack of start-up capital, inadequate agric policies for agro-labourers for ease of operations, inadequate finance/credit facilities, among others. As a result, they are faced with economic challenges which result in undue poverty and vulnerability. This has also made youths to seek employment in other sectors of the economy they seem favorable and lucrative in order to empower themselves economically, resulting in rural-urban migration and leaving the bulk of agricultural production in the hands of old people who oftentimes produce at a subsistence level. In view of this, Cellulant hosted its inaugural AgriConnect Summit last Thursday themed – Youth Employment in Nigeria: What Agriculture Can Learn from Sports.

The webinar featured veterans from both sectors as topical issues in Agriculture, Sports and Social Media were raised, discussed, and solutions proffered. One of the panelists, Mr. Eze Nwakanma said ‘‘we all came from villages and don’t have to go over there to farm. You can do the aggregation, sponsor the activities on the farm, etc from wherever you are and still participate actively in agriculture in your own way’’, on the other hand, Mr. Akinbode Oguntuyi argued that Agriculture needs to publicize more, in his words, ‘‘After a game you can go on social media to see highlights of the match and all but that’s not prevalent in Agriculture’’

Click The Link Below To Watch The Full Video Of AgriConnect Summit

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Q19I-okkK8&feature=youtu.be

Mr. Akinbode Oguntuyi also argued that Agriculture must tell her story, ‘‘the sporting world celebrates its every win, whether small or not, its all loudly celebrated. Agriculture must be loud about its wins, publicizing the innovations so people can have a better knowledge of what’s going on in the sector’’

Nevertheless, in the agricultural sector, youths are yet to have a full role in policy dialogue. The inclusion of youth in agricultural policy-making is still in an exploratory stage and the full impact is yet to be felt. BusinessWill Agriculture Become The Sector To Reduce The Unemployment Rate In Nigeria? by auxano01(op): 1:43pm On Aug 04, 2020

These public policies and enlightenment programs have had a mixed impact on youth unemployment. While a number of intervention programs did address critical needs, others failed to address the specific needs of youth.

BusinessYusuf Transforms And Takes Charge Of His Community, One Youth At A Time by auxano01(op): 1:44pm On Jul 23, 2020
Mr. Yusuf is the cynosure of all eyes in his Igando community. The burly young man has come to be known not just for his impeccable business acumen and excellent customer relations but also for his humanitarian attitude and desire to help young people thrive and earn a living.

Despite being a source of inspiration and happiness to many, it didn’t start out so rosy for him. After bagging his diploma in banking and finance from the prestigious LASPOTECH, it took a while for Mr. Yusuf to gain employment. He eventually secured a role in a now-defunct pharmaceutical company, after his exit from the company he knew he doesn’t want to go into the pool of job seekers roaming the streets of Lagos for job placement.

After deep thoughts and research, Mr. Yusuf joined in on the budding agency banking trend in 2014. After years of experimenting with several platforms, Mr. Yusuf pitched his tent with tingg in November 2019 and has never looked back. Over the next seven months, Mr. Yusuf has grown his business base and reach astronomically, opening two new branches and adding three more youths to take his staff count to Nine in the Second Quarter of the year.

‘’In this business, I have 9 staff. one way or the other they are earning something. I pay 1500 per day but during the lockdown, I paid 2000 daily. if they are happy they will work better with a clear mindset.’’ Mr. Yusuf is a huge believer in the Nigerian youth and her untapped potentials, The employment opportunity He offered to youths in a period when the nation was on lockdown crippling commercial and economic activities was a huge plus for them. In his words ‘‘the way things are going, nobody is lazy. Whoever is lazy is on his own. I believe the govt is also doing their part although it may not seem very visible to many, Afterall If they didn’t approve agency banking, we won’t have this job. Everywhere you go you will see neighborhood bankers. It makes life easy for people. Your profit is okay for you if you know how to manage yourself.’’

What our youths need is an opportunity to prove themselves, to do something with their time and skills. He buttressed. The Presidency and CBN have done well to approve this business opportunity for us. Anyone can do agency banking and I see it happen every day with the people working with me, some have never handled a POS before and now they are very vast with it.

This willingness to employ youths in the environment has seen Mr. Yusuf warm his way into the hearts of many, gathering more customers in the process. Talking about customer service and relations, Mr. Yusuf counters the narrative that ‘‘customers are always right’’ in his view, ‘’We are all humans, Customers are wrong sometimes but as a business owner I have to know how to manage them so they can keep coming back. You know in this business; customers are king and you have to be careful how you manage them and their expectations.’’

FamilyRe: How Guys Use Marriage To Plunge Themselves Into Perpetual Poverty. by auxano01(m): 12:20pm On Jul 21, 2020
Poseidon000:
Sup guys. I've something that have always earned the acme of my discountenance. And that's how men crudely jump into marriage in other to conform to societal dictate or for some selfish satisfaction.
This have gotten me pensive and I'll make no ado in getting to the nucleus of the issue.

Yesterday, I was headed toward gwarimpa, and on my way I noticed a disheveled young guy around Efab estate trekking by the express.
As a rule, I always give such guys 'lift,' because i was once with a female colleague in a lonely path that seldom have cars coming our way, suddenly one private car stopped and when I tried entering after my female colleague boarded, the SIMPson bounced me out and zoomed off with an empty back seat.

That incident birthed in me a sense of solidarity and understanding of what men go through just for being men, but yesterday, I was so incensed by a botch job my mechanic did that I drove past. After about 4 hours when I had everything sorted and was heading back, I saw the same guy heading toward my direction again(it's a dual carriage way) and he was sweating profusely, so I beckoned on him to enter. We got talking and I inquired why he's trekking such a long distance. He said: he went to look for a job that wasn't successful and he's going back to Arab road.
But this is just a miniscule of the guy's travail. He grew up in abject poverty. In fact, they gave birth to him and his sister in an uncompleted building. His dad died in that building, his sister got pregnant for some riffraff and they started what we call "abuja marriage", his mom subsequently fell sick and died in the same uncompleted building. Then the owner of the building decided to complete it, and drove him away.

Now, this guy was able to get another uncompleted building to stay, and as I'm typing this, he's with wife and kids. This is a person that don't have food at home and can not afford N150 to and fro.

I gave him 10k but I was so mad with him; I mean, I was disconcertingly appalled that this guy will think of marriage in his privation. Why not be a little bit comfortable before considering marriage, instead to face life with the dignity of a breadline.

Sadly, this is the same mistake lot of guy's have been making thinking they'll fall into some stupendous money as soon as they marry, and this is mostly perpetuated by religious charlatans who say; a man's destiny is predicated on his future wife, that as soon as he gets married, the special blessing tied to marriage will start opening way for him.

That's a mendacious twaddle that will leave you in a precarious situation. Please guys, have 'comfort' afoot before you dabble into marriage.

What's your take on this?
Thanks for lending him some comfort
This trend is appalling and should be stopped.
AgricultureWhy Funding Agriculture Like Sports Will Make YOU Richer by auxano01(op): 10:47am On Jul 21, 2020
Agricultural funding is one of the major factors that must be considered and dealt with if the young and aspiring farmers must embrace agricultural possibilities. Imagine if football was handled globally as it is in Nigeria without proper funding as compared to the western countries, do you think football would be given special priorities as it is today? Most definitely not, because then there won’t be a beautiful and well-designed stadium, players will be underpaid, there would be poor health insurance and what about the cost of traveling for away matches?

If one-tenth of the resources invested in sports by any country is put in any other aspect of the economy, it would eventually bring about economical development, now imagine investing that worth in agriculture which is the most basic source of human existence.

In years past, football depended greatly on goal-line technology for decisions over controversial circumstances, but still there was dissatisfaction in its judgment which led to the research, development, and use of the Video Assistant Referee. This was immediately adopted and legalized for use in all football games because of adequate funding. But in the Agricultural sector, even with very good sophisticated equipment that could make farming and production of farm produce faster and easier, the cost of purchasing one of the equipment might mean that a farmer has to sell all his lands to buy the equipment meanwhile the farmer might be needing a combination of the farming equipment. But the question would now be if the farmer sells his lands to buy the farming equipment, where would the equipment be used?

In view of the above, the government, local and international investors can leverage the efficiency and efficacy of the machines based on the certainty of high returns from the improved farm produce. Imagine the time taking for manual labor to complete a particular agricultural task compared to what a machine will do, imagine the number of damaged products that could have been saved by the machines if they were available. Nobody wants to sow, maintain and harvest at the end of the farming period with a loss which is why most young people and aspiring farmers and agriculturists would rather look for a safer and cheaper path to trade instead of farming which would generate higher income.

The need for Agricultural Funding can never be overemphasized because Agricultural produce is indeed the source of human development and the outcome or returns on adequate funding and investment would definitely be multiples of the capital.

Jobs/VacanciesHow To Encourage Youth Inclusion & Patronage In Agricultural Opportunities by auxano01(op): 11:49am On Jul 17, 2020
Let’s start by defining Education. Education is a systematic process of acquiring knowledge. this act or process of imparting or acquiring knowledge, developing the powers of reasoning and judgment, and generally of preparing oneself or others intellectually for mature life is not restricted to the four walls of a classroom in any school or educational institution. Education can be obtained anywhere and via diverse means, if the participant(s) is willing to learn.

Although we have a couple of institutes established for education on sports, without debating, you would agree that more than seventy percent of the world’s population above the age of 10 is a lover of one sport or the other with women inclusive. Both the young and old argue constructively about sports, and this has nothing to do with formal education within the constraints of an environment but for the fact that sport has been given that special preference for ages. But did sport exist before Agriculture? The answer is definitely NO. A justifiable reason for the special knowledge of sports without education is simply because of its consistency coupled with the fun it creates.

Hence, to properly project the unrecognized wealth in agriculture, there must be consistent enlightenment and regular empowerment programs that aim to educate the people especially the young folks on the history of agriculture before the advent of crude oil which instead of developing the economy has rather helped the country remain as an underdeveloped country. One such reeducation and enlightening program is the Agriconnect Summit, this summit aims to help youths learn, unlearn, and relearn while encouraging, empowering, and building interest in a $1Bn market share.

In retrospect, Cocoa production was important to the economy of Nigeria and was the leading agricultural export of the country with Nigeria as the world’s fourth-largest producer of Cocoa, after Ivory Coast, Indonesia and Ghana, and the third-largest exporter, after Ivory Coast and Ghana. The crop was a major foreign exchange earner for Nigeria in the 1950s and 1960s and in 1970 the country was the second-largest producer in the world but following investments in the oil sector in the 1970s and 1980s, Nigeria’s share of world output declined. In 2010, Cocoa production accounted for only 0.3% of agricultural GDP. Average cocoa beans production in Nigeria between 2000 and 2010 was 389,272 tonnes per year rising from 170,000 tonnes produced in 1999.

With the above fact in mind, proper education and implementation of some Agricultural schemes will restore the Nigerian economy to its previous glory partially or totally but will provide a building foundation for aspiring Agricultural entrepreneurs. At the immense accomplishment of the basic education on Agriculture, it should be immediately followed with a consistent funding, research, competitions, and sustainable empowerment programs to further create and increase the interest of the masses. Just in the same manner as sports do.

Education on Agriculture should not be limited to primary and secondary school Agricultural science subjects which in recent times is not even a compulsory subject in schools. It should be a consistent and compulsory program for both the educated and uneducated citizens of the Country.

BusinessOlumide Shares How He Beat The Pandemic Recession &grew His Business In 2 Months by auxano01(op): 8:47am On Jul 15, 2020
For every time and season, there are always different strokes for different folks. While some raged on the government’s decision to lock down the nation for months due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Olumide hoped it was extended as it saw business boom for him.

Olumide Owolabi is a seasoned agency banker. He had joined the business since 2012 as one of the pioneers of agency banking in Nigeria. He claims in all his years, he had not made sales as he did during the lockdown as people in his vicinity patronized his shops in troops. He even had to open two more kiosks to accommodate more patronage. To him ‘‘the lockdown opened people’s eyes to agency banking because the banks are not open and many ATMs were not dispensing cash again, so they had to patronize us and they have noticed now that it is easier to transact with agents’’

Olumide became a Tingg agent in January and has been able to grow his number remarkably in no time. He already had 5 sub-agents under him, and he quickly changed all their terminals to Tingg. In total, Olumide now manages 6 shops and 2 kiosks, he also grew his sub-agents base to seven with a view of adding more before the turn of the year.

For Olumide, innovation is key. You must look around you to see what is lacking and how you can provide such services. He also advised other businesspersons, ‘’ It is not always rosy from the beginning but you have to press on. As an entrepreneur be consistent and dogged, you will make it, just give yourself time. Little drops of water make an ocean. I have kolo at home, I drop something in it every day, at the end of the year something will be there. That is aside my bank account, we just need to prioritize, ill-gotten wealth won’t last forever. Do what is legitimate and be yourself. Render service to people and you will get paid for it. ‘’

Olumide has been able to and is still expanding his base by banking on customer preferences and excellent relationships, in his parting shots, he revealed his recipe for success ‘Don’t lie to yourself, your customers are the kings. They are the reason we have a job; I don’t joke with them. Treat your customer like he is the only one you have, people see what you are doing even if they don’t patronize you yet, they will refer. If u do not have character you will lose it, be good to all of them.’’
