exactly,most of the artists i write for make me sign a confidentiality contract so no one knows which major song i wrote,but sure as hell airforce1 needs me infact he needs all my students,the 15year old kid who dropped a handwritten song for me yesterday did a better job than airforce1

do you actually know who lahlah is He produced sexy ladies Oritse femi ft Davido and you telling me he's not good, worked with him personally and his productions are dope, the only issue with the song would be from the person delivering the lyrics.

we have producers here who are willing to work for free just to show how good they are,am a songwriter,i charge cheap to people like airforce1,just 36k :/

we have promoters here plenty and most of all so so many bloggers

if airforce1 takes our advice and improves on his work..he will be a star in nothing less than 3 months,i have done it before,am quite sure i can do it again

I'm an upcoming musician from southern part of NIGERIA but i had to put a break on music and focus on my education... I'm done with all that and I'm back to face the music after working night and day, i was lucky to find someone who wants to sponsor my music with 500000 in as much as i love the offer given, the realisation of the daunting task ahead doesn't give room for failure.
please i have set out a plan but would still need your advice.

Hmmm. Well, I like to give people benefit of the doubt when they say stuff. I watched an interview on NTA, Dorcas Mentu or some name like that, said M.I wrote her song for her. That was nice to hear. So, I don't understand the backwardness where writers are not credited publicly in the Nigerian industry.
Secondly, @Awesomeking, I'm not calling u out but I have my doubts about what you claim tho. But if you're for real, let's collaborate on a couple songs for artistes. The way I see it, its work to be done and money to be made. That's just it. Either way I'm gonna get ahead somehow. Just trying to give u benefit of the doubt, cus as per your claim to have written for some, u are clearly ahead and I can use that inspiration and connection. alright,i will see to that,as for the history of songwriter's not being credited in this country,its because most artistes beleive its a shame or an embrassment to not write your own songs..most of them work with me in secret..i will send you an email though,you seem to be someone who intends to get something done and am always ready to help.

yeah,mostly B-list artists though

the only song of mine which became a hit was merely co-written because the artist almost changed the whole thing to yoruba ..all in all i have written for both A-list and B-list artistes but more on the B-list part

@Awesomeking, hmmm, first let me start by saying, if u wanna take songwriting serious, cool. Learn to play an instrument if u don't already, not necessarily like a pro, but average level atleast. Most artistes and songwriters weak point is production. I'm a producer in the making. I play piano fairly well. And I'm venturing out soon. Be positive. Will I make it? Sure, I will. And when I do, u bet I'm not gonna be posting here as such, lol.
Meanwhile, @Airforce 1, your purported single has been long in the making. You might wanna let him spin u a line or two, u know... Encourage yourselves.
