The simple truth is this. Every consular officer is trained to detect the simplest of all lies. If you don't have strong ties to your home country, the visa will be denied. The default answer to every application is denial. The responsibility is on you to prove otherwise that after your studies you will return back to your home country. I am not so sure this TSTV thing is well explained. Why give 20GB, that data is for what? With TSTV planning to show EPL,LALIGA ETC, then it might be a subtle way of avoiding legal issues with DSTV since they have exclusive rights to show EPL and co in Nigeria. Remember the sports channels will also be in HD so data consumption would be very high. TSTV will argue that they are only showing the sports channels via live streaming and not through satellite. Resigning is not an option at all. The first thing you need to take care of as an individual is to limit the amount of people you complain to in the office. Some of these guys might even be informants to your boss. Once that is done reporting to Human Resources won't help you either if you don't have serious proofs, just do your job and never give him any reason to fault you in any way. Stay focussed and pray hard, with time you will overcome, don't distance urself from your friends too cos if hee knows you are alone it makes you more vulnerable. Ignore him and do your job.
