Democrats have kept more black people in "projects" which basically means modified jails and guess what, they are innocent blacks and not convicted criminals that the Republicans sent to jails.

If you did you would know Social security and Medicare tax was never changed. If you saw a deduction then there’s an error in your taxes. Only 20% of working Americans said they saw a change of over $50 extra money in their paychecks. The remaining 80% saw no significant change

The crux of my argument is that they should be hired because they are qualified, not because they are qualified AND of colour. You argued along the lines of qualified blacks, but I am saying they should be treated equally and not specially. There is a movie I watched on Netflix (Something New) that highlighted this subtle racism which you alluded to in terms of loans, work environment, et al. Having also spent 12 years working abroad, these divisions are subtle, let us acknowledge them.

You describe blacks as African Americans, Chinese as Asian Americans, Latinos as Latino Americans, while others are American Americans? Are they not ALL immigrants or children of immigrants? At what point do they become full Americans? My submission is for these divisions to be abandoned so that Americans can embrace their "oneness" if it exists.
