Again, I'm of the view that Pfizer deliberately delayed announcement of their vaccine to make sure Trump loses. Or why did they make the announcement just barely one week after the elections.

My sister, I don't live in the States, but I am not unaware of race issues therein. The crux of my argument is that they should be hired because they are qualified, not because they are qualified AND of colour. You argued along the lines of qualified blacks, but I am saying they should be treated equally and not specially. There is a movie I watched on Netflix (Something New) that highlighted this subtle racism which you alluded to in terms of loans, work environment, et al. Having also spent 12 years working abroad, these divisions are subtle, let us acknowledge them.

You describe blacks as African Americans, Chinese as Asian Americans, Latinos as Latino Americans, while others are American Americans? Are they not ALL immigrants or children of immigrants? At what point do they become full Americans? My submission is for these divisions to be abandoned so that Americans can embrace their "oneness" if it exists.
