How can you say you love God, if you cannot love your brother enough to pay his fees? And who said that tithe must be paid to the church?

My advise, pay your brother's school fees. Showing love and care is greater than paying tithe that you see as a levy.

On point! Your brother is needy ATM and deserves your tithe even more.

You don't get double promotion for Higher Degrees unlike primaries or high school. Its just a matter of 1yr and 6 months Max! And you're done with MSC. So why the Rush or hurry bro?

This advice is dangerous. So you think it's a MUST to do MSc before Ph.D. Many a professor don't have M.Sc but Ph.D

Someone needs to tell them that this by is no safety at all and they are not setting examples for the public this way.

Road Safety is beyond collecting money for licence and vehicle document renewals. It involves educating the public of safety measures too. These guys cannot do such.

Nowadays everyone writes as authors. Why not acknowledge the source and age of the 'news'?

The reason is that banks have to source the dollar themselves. The CBN sells only a limited amount to them every week. The banks have to buy at black market rates just like you do so they have to at least break even if not make a profit.

But they charge as much even on the limited amount CBN gave them. It's advisable CBN leaves them to source for everything.

Social media and lies everywhere! Lalasticlala, this pics is old--very old. Check the plate number. It's the old number plate. That's how some people just posted about military guys last week about ammo in a coffin like it was real or any recent and it was on ALL blogs. SMH

If it's just the POC, go to FRSC Office at PH and ask for the NVIS Desk officer and explain accordingly. He might just be able to help you UPDATE your POC online even without necessarily printing it out this time around.

What did they tell you to get in Lag to complete your registration? If it's the original POC, any Road Safety NVIS Desk officer from the 36 States + 1 can handle that, even at PH.

How do you mean by completing registration in the State of residence? That handwritten is a makeshift POC. Nonetheless, can one say it's invalid?

You should be given as part of your registration documents. Nonetheless, you can get it from any state. Where are you currently living?
