One of my husband's relative wife lost her baby because they didn't have glucose when the child was born...The baby was tired and needed glucose but it was very late and they didn't get glucose to buy..The child died in the middle of the night....so if they write glucose or not I must buy.... AyamC.onfidence and Rhemy2.013, what is now used for fastening nappies and cloth diapers is a Snappi, safe, cute and colorful. To use a pin effectively, you have to prep it first so it slides into the cloth easily and you don't poke the baby, but a Snappi won't poke the baby.

I think I've seen this somewhere...it's used for tacking napkins on butts
