I laugh u. Incomplete photocopy indeed probably a new lexicon in nigeria. The certificate u submitted to inec is different from the original certificate. That means u submitted false information to inec that is an offence in the electoral act. This is exactly the same issue ganiayudu had in the state high court. The judge says he submitted false information to inec. False information alone in the electoral act is enuff to disqualify person. For me I pitty obaseki it was just a sheer negligence by the part of the handlers of obaseki processes before during and after the election. Let's just wait. Judgement is today

In that case, the argument was that Ize-Iyamu was not a registered member of the Party as he had registered under an unrecognised faction.
The Court said it has become academic and therefore threw it out.

This one is a different one and I have my reservations as well.

Whether institutions come or not those not affect the substance of the case. Do u know that uniport came too during pdp vs david Lyon case. This is a case of forgery and lieing on oath.

U are just being bias. The case before Abuja high court is a case of forgery and lieing on oath. Nobody is saying obaseki did not went to ui. Cos uI mustcome and testify 2 but UI will never go futher to authenticate both certificates. I mean d 1 submitted to INEC which apc based their case and the so originals. If I may shock u go back to pdp case against David Lyon in Bayelsa. Let's wait for the final judgement. Cos apc has a case, pretty good 1

Liar this is fake. Edo is not the first. There is a modular refinery and petrochemical in akwa ibom. One ongoing in IMO, there is really nothing new here another in rivers so this is really not new. What me am asking and the generality of Edo people is for the governor to name just five projects u started and completed in 4 years. Surprising to know most second term governors are audio governor he will not do anything different from what we have seen.
