Someone pls, post the pix
Don't really know why it's called White Soup, maybe because you don't use palm oil to cook it, but i learnt it's called Nsala soup, anyway, it looks something like this and very delicioussssssssssssss, mmmmhhhh,  wink

Diva1:
Was wondering which one was white soup. Uziza is good but if you can't find it, it doesn't really change the taste of the nsala.

As for the best meat for nsala soup, I think fresh fish either tilapia or catfish or if there are others is the best. Chicken and goat meat can be used as well.
tanx gurl, una all do well. I'm gon cook a sample of the soup this weekend, so that i don't f@#$k up on that day, smiley
Car TalkRe: Shoe Or Foot Driving Which One Is The Best ? by ayde: 4:00pm On Aug 18, 2009
Siena:
Wrong, my sister.

Some lorry drivers are more comfortable driving long distance with their left foot resting on the dashboard, same goes for luxurious bus / coach drivers.
The fact they're more comfortable driving that way, doesn't make it safe, or right!
Where on earth did you get the idea that some lorry and luxurious bus drivers rest their left foot on the dash board while driving? is it even comfortable, lifting a leg on the dashboard and same time driving? you try it, Bros, just sofri sofri dey give us efizi abeg.

Siena:

I started driving in Nigeria when I was 11 (God forgive me!) and even then, I ALWAYS used sandals or slippers. This was in my dad's Volkswagen Igala, where the pedals are hinged from the floor end ,

Sorry to say, but that's a big LIE! How were u able to look through the wind shield with your legs touching the pedals at the same time? as you were not tall enough; for Christ's sake, you were only a child! Who would put a child behind the wheel to learn driving?

RomanceRe: Long Distance Relationships Good Or Bad by ayde: 1:46pm On Aug 18, 2009
Ibile Ife:
You are fortunate to see him at all and the fact that he is in Nigeria.

My friend is even in far away US and the last time he saw his woman was two years ago and she is still very devoted and faithful to him, because she truly loves him.

My own woman is far away in another state and we saw only twice last year and we are yet to see this year.
I miss her every second of every minute of every hour of every day by day. I make sure I call her daily and wake her up with Good Morning beautiful. Arise and shine. I love you
and send her chocolates and other sweet delicacies whenever I can do so.
I have not had anything with any other woman since I fell in love with her and it took me over 25 years to find my true love.
Distance is not a barrier to having a good relationship as long as you are truly in love with each other.

Hold on and don't let go as long as your love is true.
I hope to see my woman often later this year.
Ibile Ife has summed it all up,

I'm also in a long distance relationship (Abuja - Lagos), and we see like 3 or 4 times a year, coupled with daily calls and all that , but frankly speaking it ain't really easy, but true love, trust, understanding, devotion, faithfulness has brought us thus far.

RomanceRe: Why Dogs Are Better Than Men <please Guys Didn't Kill Me> by ayde: 11:43am On Jul 16, 2009
Go girl! Sexyleamon, one thing you forgot to add is that "A man's brain interprete things the other way round, while the dog gets the message on time".

Why are you guys so sensitive to this topic? Please get a grip. That is why men are so slow in learning. I could'nt help but laugh while reading through the replies from the men folk. The post is not saying Sexyleamon sleeps with dogs, as you most probably know; but to teach you guys how to be better boyfriends, partners and what have you. Get the message in the post!
RomanceRe: He Never Told Anything To His Parents About Me by ayde: 11:24am On Jul 16, 2009
Girlfriend, i do understand how are feeling, your bf has refused to meet your parents and would'nt introduce you to his as well.

It's just a cultural thing, maybe he feels 3months is quite early for the introduction game, but it all depends on individual and the family. My fiancee took me home to meet his family after 3months of our courting and it was great, but such early introduction is not common. I guess he is taking his time and you should take yours too.

You are not being desperate, you just want your relationship to be formal and open. Talk to him about it (try to avoid heated arguement), let him know how you feel and then maybe you guys will then understand and see each others perspective to this issue. Wish you good luck. wink

Car TalkRe: Shoe Or Foot Driving Which One Is The Best ? by ayde: 8:51am On Jul 09, 2009
There are no fast rules about shoe wearing when it comes to driving; it's how best you can move the car and drive safely. I foot drive and have been doing so for a couple of years now, it's more comfortable for me and i have a better grip on the pedals. Either way you are comfy with, just drive safe.
FashionRe: G-string Fever:how Does It Feel To Wear It? by ayde: 2:28pm On Nov 29, 2008
Sincerely speaking girls, when i first started wearing g-strings, it felt so uncomfortable and didnt go down well with my "bum bum" grin, lol, but now i'm used to it, although i still have some couple of full cups that i wear, but how on earth do u wear a c-string? huh it's more or less like wearing nothing,
