Another option is a hidden roof using longspan aluminum at a slight slope. It gives the appearance of a decked roof, but is durable because of the longspan aluminum.

if your foundation is SURE - nothing wld pull a building down (for bungalows), if its a bad foundation, then lintel wont stop it falling either..

I don't live in Nigeria and it's been difficult getting in touch with anyone in the lands office.

Would you happen to know if you need to be in Nigeria for any step in the process?

Also, would you happen to know if family can submit the form on the land owners behalf? I have relatives on ground that have the original documents.

Lastly, the online form doesn't have land as an option. Do you know if this is only for those that have buildings on their land?

I know this is a shot in the dark, but I can't connect with anyone in the lands office. I appreciate any questions you can answer.

Whats the general consensus on using Laminate wood flooring in Nigeria? I am curious as to any pros and cons from you experts.

Not an expert, but I don't see why not.

The concrete floor needs to be perfectly level and a vapor barrier needs to be put down before the laminate. There are some that are made for wet areas and I think those will be best because of the climate.

Personally, I wouldn't use laminate flooring because it is not as durable as tile.
