IslamRe: Muslims In Al-jannah by ayenny02(m): 7:52pm On Jun 26, 2013
DESIKA let me lecture you about the EARTH, HEAVEN and PARADISE, from there you will know the different btw Heaven (sa'ma) and paradise

DESIKA, I want you to open your Quran chapter 31:10, where Allah said

"He created the heavens without any pillars that ye can see; He set on the earth mountains standing firm, lest it should shake with you; and He scattered through it beasts of all kinds. We send down rain from the sky, and produce on the earth every kind of
noble creature, in pairs

DESIKA, do you see that the heaven was created by Allah without pillar. Also I want you to go to chapter 67:3 where Allah created 7 heavens: this is where your friend "TRUTHMAN" refered to in his topic that Prophet (saw) went to heaven and saw some prophet of Allah;

"Who created the seven heavens one above another: No want of proportion wilt thou see in the Creation of (Allah) Most Gracious. So turn thy vision again: seest thou any flaw?

DESIKA, have you seen that Allah created 7 heavens. now,in the day of judgement Allah will destroy the earth and heaven, you can now go to chapter 39:67 where Allah said;

"No just estimate have they made of Allah, such as is due to Him: On the Day of Judgment the whole of the earth will be but His handful, and the heavens will be rolled up in His right hand: Glory to Him! High is He above the Partners they attribute to Him

DESIKA, did you see in that verse above that in judgement day there is nothing like earth and heaven again.

Ayenny: Desika do you understand
Desika: I understand Sir
Ayenny: desika can I continue?
Desika : continue sir

Now, Who are going to enter Paradise?
Desika, go to chapter 9 Verse 20 -21 where Allah said;

"Those who believe, and suffer exile and strive with might and main, in Allah's cause, with their goods and their persons, have the highest rank in the sight of Allah: they are the people who will achieve (salvation)

21--Their Lord doth give them glad tidings of a Mercy from Himself, of His good pleasure, and of gardens(paradise) for them, wherein are delights that endure:

DESIKA, from that verses above when it was revealed, the prophet (saw) explained it in hadith to his companions in Volume 4, Book 52, Number 48:

Narrated Abu Huraira:

The Prophet said, "Whoever believes in Allah and His Apostle, offer prayer perfectly and fasts the month of Ramadan, will rightfully be granted Paradise by Allah, no matter whether he fights in Allah's Cause or remains in the land where he is born." The people said, "O Allah's Apostle ! Shall we acquaint the people with the is good news?" He said, "PARADISE has ONE-HUNDRED GRADES which Allah has reserved for the Mujahidin who fight in His Cause, and the distance between each of two grades is like the distance between the HEAVEN and the Earth. So, when you ask Allah (for something), ask for Al-firdaus which is the best and highest part of Paradise." (i.e. The sub-narrator added, "I think the Prophet also said, 'Above it (i.e. Al-Firdaus) is the Throne of Beneficent (i.e. Allah), and from it originate the rivers of Paradise."wink

DESIKA, can you see from the hadith above that the paradise has 100 grades where one grade is like distance btw heaven and earth.

truthman2012: My friend, why this preambles now? Tell your lies and let people see. But we don't need you lecture on the difference between paradise and heaven, that is not the topic of this thread. Tell us why Muhammad did not see his dead jihad fighters there. Period.
That's main reason you should accept that you lied, there is different between heaven (sa'ma) and paradise (al-jannah).

I am not the type you can deceive with your lies and falsehood.

Let me give you an assignment to go and find the meaning of SA'MA and AL-JANAH and if you get it, pls apply it to your false topic and see where all those Prophets were and compare with PARADISE(AL-JANNAH)

I don't know why CHRISTIANS are like to propagate lies against ISLAM, if you don't know anything about ISLAM pls ask from Muslims and they will lecture you

truthman2012: My friend, your problem is multiple. Apart from the fact that you don't understand English language properly, which is the reason you misinterpret both bible and quran, you also suffer from bad eye-sight. You said I did not provide for you the hadiths of Muhammad's ascension, whereas it is there posted by basilico almost at the beginning of the thread.

Whether he went to Paradise or Heaven, the two are glorious places of rest after death. I wonder what the difference has to do with the purpose of the tread. The fact that when Muhammad got there and he could not see his dead jihad fighters, is the reason he said he himself did not know what Allah will do to him after death. If he got there and saw his jihad fighters, he would be so sure of his own fate. Isn't it? Keep deceiving yourself till you enter your promised hellfire.
I don't need to argue with you, just provide the evidence that says the Prophet went to PARADISE, if you provide that then I will continue with u OR to accept that you lied on the issue of PARADISE instead of HEAVEN

Simple question is this;
* provide the evidence that says the Prophet went to PARADISE or

* to accept that you lied
Christianity EtcRe: 10 Questions For Christians by ayenny02(op): 8:08am On Jun 26, 2013
cleanvessel: Your major problem is lack of proper understanding of anything written in English language. This is the reason you misinterpret the Bible always.
There is not a single verse from the New Testament that prohibits polygamy or If you have any verse prohibits polygamy in Bible you can bring it
cleanvessel: Matthew 19:5-6

5. and said, ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and THE TWO SHALL BECOME ONE FLESH.

6. So then, THEY ARE NO LONGER TWO BUT ONE FLESH. Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate.

(LIES EXPOSE) tell me from that verses where jesus said Man should marry only ONE wife. If you don't know ur Bible, you better come and I will teach you.

1. THE TWO SHALL BECOME ONE FLESH: What does this mean to you? Two, three or four wives? Do they have to tell you this means nothing but one wife and one husband? An illiterate man like you.

2. THEY ARE NO LONGER TWO BUT ONE FLESH: Now, answer this. OLODO RABATA
Christians usually mistakenly present the following verses from the Bible to prove that polygamy in the New Testament is not allowed:

Matthew 19:1-12

In the above verses, we see that Jesus was approached with a question about whether or not it is allowed for a man to divorce his wife in Matthew 19:3.  Jesus immediately referred to the Old Testament for the answer in Matthew 19:4. He referred to Adam and Eve, one man and one woman.  The Old Testament does talk about the story of Adam and Eve as one husband and one wife.

However, the Old Testament which Jesus had referred to in Matthew 19:3 does allow polygamy.

Also, when a man becomes a one flesh with his wife in Matthew 19:5-6, this doesn't mean that the man can't be one flesh with another woman.  He can be one flesh with his first wife, and one flesh with his second wife, and one flesh with his third wife and so on....   To further prove this point, Go and read Matthew 22:23-32

In Matthew 22:24-28, the Jews referred to Deuteronomy 25:5 from the Old Testament where it states that if a woman's husband dies, and she didn't have any kids from him, then she must marry his brother regardless whether he had a wife or not.  When the Jews brought this situation up to Jesus in Matthew 22:24-28, Jesus for the childless widow to marry her husband's brother .  Instead, Jesus replied to them by saying that we do not marry in heaven, and we will be like angels in heaven (Matthew 22:30).

So in other words, if Jesus allowed for a widow to marry her former husband's brother even if he were married, then this negates the Christians' claim about the Bible prohibiting polygamy.  A man can be one flesh with more than one woman.  In the case of Matthew 22:24-28, the man can be one flesh with his wife, and one flesh with his deceased brother's wife.  Also keep in mind that Exodus 21:10 allows a man to marry an infinite amount of women, and Deuteronomy 21:15 allows a man to marry more than one wife.
cleanvessel: Read from verse 12. You will discover Jesus was telling a parable. OLODO RABATA.
So he was telling parable to slew them.
I don't know your problem I have almost 9 question unanswered instead you to take one question and answer it, you will just jump on someone comment and saying RUBBISH, pls take one from my question and answer it.

that is CONTRADICTION for you
Emusan: Matt 12:40 Jesus was talking about His dead and the days He will spend in the position of death.
The miracle of Jonah was that he was alive for 3 days and 3 nights

If Jonah was alive for three days and three nights, then Jesus also ought to have been alive in the tomb as he himself had foretold! But Christianity hangs on the flimsy thread of the death" of Jesus for its salvation. So it has to answer that Jesus was DEAD for three days and three nights.

The contradiction  between  his utterance and its fulfilment is obvious. Jonah ALIVE, Jesus DEAD! Very UNLIKE Jonah! Jesus had said "LIKE Jonah" not UNLIKE Jonah. If this is true then according to his own test Jesus is not the TRUE Messiah of the Jews. If the Gospel record is genuine then how can we blame the Jews for rejecting "CHRIST"

Any 5 year old can do the Math and work out that from Friday night to sunday morning is not 3 days/3 nights!

Truthman claims that the Prophet (saw) went to PARADISE in a night and met some prophets of God, and I asked him to provide the evidence where Prophet went to PARADISE and met those prophets.

The hadith says Prophet (saw) went to HEAVEN not PARADISE. There is different btw PARADISE and HEAVEN, so you don't need to answer him again because he is a liar. He is already known that he is in FALSEHOOD and he is looking for a way to lies and let muslims contradict themselve.

deSika: i hear muslims with the claim that Jesus did not die on the cross. but recently i came across a verse in the quran which points otherwise. now i would ask nl muslims to ponder on this verse of the quran and see that it contradicts the one that says they killed him not.

Quran 19:33
peace on me the day i was born, and the day i die, and the day i shall be raised alive.

what is Jesus saying here
1. the day he was born
2. the day he will die
3, the day he shall be raised

its clear that the above follows chronologically. now if he will die before he is raised, why do muslims still continue with the notion that Jesus did not die. is the person speaking above said to be lieing about the second point.

final word: the abve clearly teaches that Jesus will die before he will be raised. this only further points to the contradictions in the quran
The Islamic view that Jesus did not die is that:
1) He ASCENDED to God

2) He will return back to earth and DIE, and will later on be RESURRECTED.

It is clear in Sura 19:33 and the Surah talks about:

1) His birth

2) His death

3) The day he gets RESURRECTED.

The correct interpretation of Sura 19:33 is as follows:

And Salam (peace) be upon me the day I was born, and the day I die, and the day I shall be raised alive!) He (`Isa) will live, die and be resurrected, just like the other creatures that Allah has created.
Islam10 Ways To Prepare For Ramadan by ayenny02(op): 2:16pm On Jun 25, 2013
The blessed & most beautiful month is near and what better time to prepare for it than right now. Some of us deceive ourselves into thinking that when Ramadan comes we will suddenly change and worship Allah night and day but we are only decieving ourselves in thinking like this.

The Sahaaba used to prepare for Ramadan six months in advance. So if we really want to make the best of this Ramadan then we need to prepare for it now!

This may be our last Ramadan for life is so uncertain. Then there is NO doubt that we must make the best of it for the Reward of EVERY good act in the month of Ramadan is multiplied many times over:

The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said:“Whoever draws near to Allah during it (Ramadan) with a single characteristic from the characteristics of (voluntary) goodness, he is like whoever performs an obligatory act in other times. And whoever performs an obligatory act during it, he is like whoever performed seventy obligatory acts in other times.”

The best way we can make the best of this Ramadan and grab the immense rewards that are available is to prepare for it NOW.

The following are 10 ways in which we can prepare for this beautiful month starting from NOW:

1. Voluntary Fasts

What better way of preparing ourselves to fast for 30 consecutive days in Ramadan than to fast the voluntary fasts.

Fasting Monday and Thursday:

Abu Hurairah reported that the most the Prophet, (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasalam) would fast would be Monday and Thursday. He was asked about that and he said: “The deeds of people are presented to Allah on every Monday and Thursday. Allah forgives every Muslim except for those who are deserting each other."He says:"leave them for later”.

Another is to fast the white days (13, 14 & 15th of each Islamic month):

Abu Tharr Al-Ghefari said:“The Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said "O Abu Tharr! If you fast three days of every month, then fast the 13th, the 14th and the 15th [these are call the al-ayaam al-beedh, the white days]".(Ahmad, an-Nasaa'i & at-Tirmithi; Sahih)

Therefore we should fast these days in order to prepare for the fasting of Ramadan and even after Ramadan we should continue to do so for fasting will intercede for us on the day of judgement:

Rasulallah (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said:"Fasting and the Qur’an will intercede for the slave on the Day of Resurrection.Fasting will say: “O My Rabb! I prevented him from food and desires, so accept my intercession for him.’And the Qur’an will say:“I prevented him from sleep during the night, so accept my intercession for him.’He (Sallallahu `Alaihi Wasallam) said:‘And they will (be allowed to) intercede.’”(Ahmad, at-Tabarani, Al-Hakim, Sahih)

2. Reciting Qur’an

Allah the exalted says:

“The month of Ramadan is the one in which the Quran was sent down, a guidance for mankind, clear proofs for the guidance, the Criterion; so whoever amongst you witnesses this month, let him fast it."(Surah al-Baqarah 2:185)

Ramadan was the month in which the Qur'an was first revealed so it is the month of the Qur'an. We should devote much of this blessed month reciting the Qur'an.

But for many of us the Qur'an has gathered a lot of dust since the last time we picked it up.

As Ramadan is fast approaching we must blow off the dust and start to build a close relationship with the Qur'an for it will intercede with us on the day of judgement:

"Recite the Holy Qur’an as much as we can for It will come as an intercessor for its reciter’ on the Day of Judgement"(Muslim)

There are Ten Rewards for Every Letter Recited from the Quran in normal times but in Ramadan these rewards are multiplied:

“Whoever reads a letter from the Book of Allaah, he will have a reward, and this reward will be multiplied by ten. I am not saying that 'Alif, Laam, Meem' (a combination of letters frequently mentioned in the Holy Quran) is a letter, rather I am saying that 'Alif' is a letter, 'Laam' is a letter and 'Meem' is a letter.”(At-Tirmithi)

So what better time for us to get into the habit of reciting the Qur'an than to begin to do so right now. We should recite the Qur'an with its meanings and try to understand and implement it into our daily lives.

3.. Praying Superogatory (Nafil) prayers

In Ramadan every voluntary prayer carries the reward of a Fard prayer in normal times and there is nothing more rewarding than a Fard prayer so one can imagine the immense rewards that are available in Ramadan for every voluntary prayer we pray.

In order for us to take advantage of these immense rewards we should start begin now by praying all of the daily Sunnah and Nafil prayers so by the time Ramadan comes we will already be in the habit of praying all of our Sunnah and Nafils and so we cna increase our voluntary prayers even more so during Ramadan. This would be difficult if we were not in the habit of praying Sunnah and Nafil prayers in normal times.

4. Making Dua

Many of us do not spend as much time as we should do in Dua. Even if we do we rush our dua and our hearts and minds are not present whilst supplicating to Allah.

Many of us rush our Dua's and our hearts are often not present whilst we are supplicating to Allah. Therefore we lose out on much of the benefits and blessings of Dua. We must give more attention to our Dua's and try to concentrate more and be more sincere in our Dua's imagining Allah watching us supplicate to him. We should humble ourselves making ourselves low and not worthy in front of Allah. We should try to cry if we can and have FULL hope that Allah will accept our Dua's if not in this world then in the hereafter.

Allah Almighty says in the Qur’an:"When my servants ask you concerning me, (tell them) I am indeed close (to them). I listen to the prayer of every suppliant when he calls on me."

So let us get into the habit of making sincere Dua's from deep within our hearts and let us not be heedless when supplicating to Allah. What better time than now for us to get into the habit of making more intense and sincere Dua's. So by the time Ramadan arrives we would have already got into the habit of making the long, sincere and intense Dua's which will readily be accepted during this blessed month especially whilst we are fasting and in the latter part of the nights during Tahajjud.

5. Sincere Repentance

Ramadan is the month where we can gain mercy and forgiveness from Allah for all of our sins past and present.

We should know that Allah is most merciful and most forgiving and loves to forgive:

Allah says:O son of Adam, if your sins were to reach the clouds of the sky and you would then seek My forgiveness, I would forgive you.

When a person sins and then sincerely turns to Allah for forgiveness, one will find Allah ready to accept his repentance and to forgive him, as this verse indicates: And whoever does a wrong or wrongs himself, but then seeks forgiveness from Allah, he will find Allah forgiving and merciful. (Surat an-Nisaa 4:110)

Allah loves repentance and loves those who turn to him in repentance:

Truly Allah loves those who turn [to Him] in repentance, and He loves those who keep themselves in purity.(Qur'an 2:222)

Therefore we should get into the habit now of repenting to Allah so that in Ramadan we will make the best of repenting to Allah and continue to do so throughout everyday of our lives.
How unfortunate is a person who after the end of Ramadan does not gain any forgiveness of his sins from Allah but ends up piling more sins onto his account.

6. Generosity & Charity

Rasulallah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) became even more generous in Ramadan than he already was.

Ramadan is a time for generosity and giving. It is a time when we think about those who have less than us as well as thank Allah for everything he has given us. Ramadan is an honourable and blessed month, and the rewards for generosity are multiplied in it.

The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wassallam) said,“The best charity is that given in Ramadan.”(At-Tirmithi).

Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wassallam) said,“He who feeds a fasting person will gain the same reward as he will, without decreasing from the fasting person’s rewards.”(Ahmad).

Therefore we should get into the habit of giving in charity now so by the time Ramadan arrives we would increase in our generosity, giving to those less fortunate than ourselves. We should give whatever we can afford as Allah looks at our intentions.

7. Controlling the tongue

Ramadan is a time where we must control our desires (nafs) aswell as our tongues:

Rasulallah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said:“Fasting is not (abstaining) from eating and drinking only, but also from vain speech and foul language. If one of you is being cursed or annoyed, he should say: ‘I am fasting, I am fasting.”

Therefore we must protect our tongue from vain speech and foul language. Protecting the tongue is preventing it from lying, back-biting, slander, tale-carrying, false speech and other things that have been forbidden in the Qur'an & Sunnah.

8. Improving Character & manners

Rasulallah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) came to perfect the character of man and the best of this Ummah are those with the best of characters:

Rasulallah (Sallallahu Alahi Wasallam) used to say: "The best amongst you are those who have the best manners and character.”(al-Bukhari)

Again as with making any big change perfecting our character and manners cannot be done overnight but we must make a start now so that by the time Ramadan comes we would have gained momentum in making the necessery changes to our characters in order for us to be the best of this Ummah and those closest to Allah.

9. Moderation in eating

On the authority of Al-Miqdaam ibn Maadiy-Karib who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah saying:"No human ever filled a vessel worse than the stomach. Sufficient for any son of Adam are some morsels to keep his back straight. But if it must be, then one third for his food, one third for his drink and one third for his breath."(Ahmad, At-Tirmidhi, An-Nasaa’I, Ibn Majah )

There is no doubt that excessive eating is not only a cause of many diseases but is also a major factor in stopping us from maximising our worship to Allah.

Many of us fast during Ramadan fast during the day and after Iftaar make up for all the food we missed throughout the day by binge eating.

Surely this goes against the very purpose of Ramadan which is to be moderate in eating and to remember those who have less than us. How will we remember the unfortunate when we constantly over eating before and after our fasts?

By controlling what we eat now we will not only benefit our health in the short and long term but moderate eating will make us less heavier and enable us to maximise the amount of worship we do everyday during Ramadan and the rest of our lives.

10. Implementing Sunnah's into Daily life

Following the Sunnah is a command from Allah:

"Say (O Muhammad to mankind): "If you (really) love Allah, then follow me (i.e. accept Islamic monotheism, follow the Quran and the Sunnah), Allah will love you and forgive you your sins. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."(Quran: 3:31)

Surely if we follow the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) in every aspect of our lives then everything that we do will become a worship to Allah, even going to the toilet, having a bath, dressing and undressing etc

Reviving the Sunnah into our daily lives:
Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said:“Whoever revives an aspect of my Sunnah that is forgotten after my death, he will have a reward equivalent to that of the people who follow him, without it detracting in the least from their reward.”(Tirmidhi)

The best habit we can ever have in our lives is to implement the Sunnah into EVERY aspect of our lives so that our whole life and everything we do during it can become a worship to Allah.

We can do this by gradually learning all of the Sunnah's and dua's of every aspect of our day waking up, leaving and entering the Masjid and house, dressing and undressing etc. So let us get into the habit right now of implementing every Sunnah's into our daily lives so by the time Ramadan comes we can continue to implement Sunnah's and gain even more rewards for them.

deSika: @Ayenny,
c. You seem to argue that the spirit is an angel, when the bible says the paraclete is the spirit of truth in john 14:17 now would you say that Muhammd is also an angel
PARACLETE means advocate, comforter I.e HUMAN PROPHET not Holy spirit (Angel)
The word "Paraclete" is applied to Jesus (as) himself in 1 John 2:1

"My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate(parakletos) with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous." (1 John 2:1)

Notice the word (advocate) in reference to Jesus (as) and another (comforter) with regard to the coming "parakletos."

"we have an advocate(parakletos) with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous"

Now read;

"And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another advocate(parakletos)."I.e another PROPHET
deSika: @Ayenny,
3. You seem incapable of understanding the concept of Holyspirit being God. What I did was to show you where God was interchanged with the holyspirit, meaning that the speaker knew that if he says God or Holyspirit, he is still saying same thing.
If DESIKA believes that God is Holy spirit, then DESIKA must accept that God is EVIL;

1 Samuel 18:10 "The next day an EVIL SPIRIT from God came forcefully upon Saul. He was prophesying in his house, while David was playing the harp, as he usually did. Saul had a spear in his hand..."

1 Samuel 19:9 "But an EVIL SPIRIT from the LORD came upon Saul as he was sitting in his house with his spear in his hand. While David was playing the harp,..." ANOTHER EVIL SPIRIT FROM GOD?!
deSika: @Ayenny,
4. Pls fill in the blank sspace. From john 14:26 but the comforter which is the _________.
Parakletos in Greek is interpreted as "an advocate", one who pleads the cause of another, one who councils or advises another from deep concern for the other's welfare.
In these verses we are told that once Jesus (as) departs, a Paraclete will come. He will glorify Jesus (as), and he will guide mankind into all truth. This "Paraclete" is identified in John 14:26 as the Holy Ghost.

Compare with John 15:26

"But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, [even] the SPIRIT OF TRUTH, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me"

Notice the statement below
"The spirit of truth which proceedeth from the father"

If Holy spirit is God from DESIKA mouth, why Jesus said the statement "THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH from FATHER (God)

deSika: @Ayenny, I see that you don’t want to accept the truth. But don’t worry I wud try to come down to your level. What we need to do is to take things step by step.
1. At first you said that Angel Gabriel is the holyspirit. And then I showed you luke 1:35 and the angel answered and said unto her. the holyghost shall come upon thee.
I want to know whether you still think that Gabriel is the holyspirit. For him to have said “the holyspirit will come upon you” and not “I will come upon u” means that he was referring to another being outside him.
a. do you agree that angel Gabriel is not the holyspirit
DESIKA, you get problem go back and check for your answer I can't repeat myself again
deSika: @Ayenny,
b. Do you also agree that you ayenny cannot quote anywhere in the scripture where the holyspirit is referred to as a chief angel or even as an angel.
I disagree with you DESIKA, I can quote from scripture that ANGELS are SPIRITS.
God is the creator of the angels (spirits), the Holy Spirit is also angel because he is spirit; Ps 104:3-5

Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: who maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind: WHO MAKETH HIS ANGELS SPIRITS; his ministers a flaming fire:Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever.
deSika: @Ayenny, [There is just one holyspirit who is always referred to as the holyspirit/spirit of God]
DESIKA don't let me give you RED CARD from NAIRALAND, don't you see u get problem for your HEAD.

You said THERE IS ONLY ONE HOLY SPIRIT and you told me that PARACLETE mean HOLYSPIRIT from ur mouth,
Now go back to John 14:16 and notice the words "another Paraclete." If the comforter is the Holy Spirit then you contradict yourself for saying ONLY ONE HOLY SPIRIT.

Son of God is a figure of speech which many other Prophets were labeled with.

In Psalms 2:7 David is the begotten Son of God.

Jacob is God's firstborn son (Exodus 4:22)
Solomon is God's son (2 Samuel 7:13-14)
Ephraim is God's firstborn son (Jeremiah 31:9) [how many firstborns?]
Adam is the son of God (Luke 3:38)

There are many other begotten (?) sons mentioned in the Bible.

truthman2012: Let me answer the questions you are dodging:

MARRIAGE: Jesus said a man is entitled to marry only one wife(Matthew 19:5-6). Muhammad (islam) says you can marry as many as four wives or more. Did Muhammad remind us about Jesus saying here?
Matthew 19:5-6

5.  and said, ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’
6.  So then, they are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate.

(LIES EXPOSE) tell me from that verses where jesus said Man should marry only ONE wife. If you don't know ur Bible, you better come and I will teach you
truthman2012: SONSHIP; Jesus called Himself Son of God (John 9:35-37, John 10:36). Did Muhammad come to remind us about this? Instead did he not deny it?
You get problem, don't forget that you have told me that Jesus is God and you still come out and say jesus is son of God (CONTRADICTION)
truthman2012: VENGEANCE: Jesus said if you are slapped on one side of the cheek, turn the other to him. This means taking no revenge. What did Muhammad teach? He taught you are permitted to return the kind of injury done to you in the same measure. Was that the remembrance of Jesus saying by Muhammad?
Maybe you forget this verse from bible; Luke 19:27

27 But bring here those enemies of mine, who did not want me to reign over them, and slay them before me.’”

DESIKA, am disappointed in you to still come out and says Holy spirit is God from your mouth, after I have lecture you on Holy spirit, spirit of God and angel and you still come out and say this.

1. DESIKA is now saying that Jesus will pray to father to send "ANOTHER God"

2.DESIKA is now saying that God was not abide with them before,That ANOTHER GOD will come and abide with them for ever:

3. DESIKA is now saying that ANOTHER GOD will come that He shall not speak of himself:

4. DESIKA is now saying that ANOTHER GOD shall bring all things into their remembrance:

Can you tell the teaching of jesus that the prophet (saw) did not teach
truthman2012: @ ayyenny02

4. Bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said to you. Muhammad did not come to remind us of Jesus teachings. Muslims' usual defence is that Muhammad came to remind us of Jesus saying "worship my God and your God'. But that is not all Jesus taught.
He shall bring all things into your remembrance:

The prophesy of this coming Paraclete requires that he shall remind mankind of the words of Jesus. Jesus is speaking here not to those who disbelieved, but to his own followers. He is telling his followers that the Paraclete shall "remind" them of the message of Jesus. However, if the followers of Jesus already know and remember all that Jesus taught then how shall the Paraclete "remind" them of something which they already remember?

Obviously, the coming Paraclete shall come in a time when the teachings of Jesus have been forgotten and require one to "remind" Jesus' followers of them. Indeed, the Qur'an does in fact confirm this same situation.
truthman2012: @ ayyenny02

truthman2012: @ ayyenny02

I have always told you that you don't know the meaning of the Bible passages you are quoting. You never can interpret the word of God correctly without having His Spirit. What you know in the Bible is the 'letter' and 'letter' killeth.
You that have holy spirit why not prove me wrong OLODO
truthman2012: @ ayyenny02

Firstly, let me start with you this way: Jesus said he is the WAY the TRUTH and the LIFE, nobody can come to the Father except by HIM (John 14;6). Since nobody can come to God except through Jesus, How do you think there is need for Muhammad?
Look at this OLODO,
If we were to back up a little and read from the beginning of this chapter, we would find that just before Jesus spoke these words, he said;

"In my Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a mansion for you." John 14:2

The above statement is quite clear. It is in exact conformance to the teachings of the Qur'an. In the Qur'an we are told how God sent messengers to all tribes and nations. We are told that the basic message which was given to each of these tribes was the same: "Worship God alone and worship none else."

Some of the secondary details of this worship might differ from one tribe or nation to the next according to God's infinite wisdom and his knowledge of those people. It was made very clear to each prophet that he was not to preach to anyone but his own people. It was further made clear to this messenger's people that if they were to obey him that they would receive the reward of God. God would not hold them accountable for what any other tribe or nation did or did not do. This would continue until God's last messenger, Muhammad (pbuh) would be sent to all mankind as the seal of the prophets.
truthman2012: @ ayyenny02

Secondly, "But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the FATHER will send IN MY NAME, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said to you" (John 15:26). Note the following:

1. The Comforter is the Holy Ghost, never Muhammad
Now go back to John 14:16 and notice the words "another Paraclete." If the comforter is the Holy Ghost then how many Holy Ghost's are there? The word "another" is significant. We have already seen how this term is applied to Jesus (peace be upon him) himself. In English, "another" may mean "One more of the same kind" or "one more of a different kind." If the latter were the one intended then the current Christian interpretation might bear some merit. However, if "One more of the same kind" was what was intended then this is positive proof that the coming Paraclete would be just like Jesus (as), a human being and a prophet, not a ghost.

See some attributes of the Holyspirit.

*Because the Bible ALSO says the Holy Spirit can be “quenched” (1 Thessalonians 5:19).

*The Holy Spirit is given in measured amounts (John 3:34, 2 Corinthians 1:22)

*The Holy Spirit can be “poured out” (Acts 2:17, 33),

*people can be baptized (immersed) in it (Matthew 3:11) , drink it (John 7:37-39) , and be filled with it (Acts 2:4;Ephesians 5:18)
See this OLODO, you don't know the different btw HOLY SPIRIT and PARACLETE, jesus said paraclete not Holy spirit and also don't tell me that holy spirit is the samething as God o

Now go back to John 14:16 and notice the words "another Paraclete." If the comforter is the Holy Ghost then how many Holy Ghost's are there?
Emusan: @Ayin

Does your Muhammad possess all these attributes?
The word "Paraclete" is applied to Jesus (as) himself in 1 John 2:1

"My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate(parakletos) with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous." (1 John 2:1)

Notice how the translators have managed to translate this exact same word one way (advocate) in reference to Jesus (as) and another (comforter) with regard to the coming "parakletos."

"we have an advocate(parakletos) with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous"

to then read

"And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another advocate(parakletos)."
Can we see why this would make them nervous?

Well, what was Jesus (as)? He was a prophet! Read:

"...This is Jesus the prophet of Nazareth of Galilee." (Matthew 21:11) and "..Jesus of Nazareth, which was a prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people" (Luke 24:19smiley.
