why dont you write a letter to the governor

telling him to stop all ongoing projects

which he is claiming he needs additional funds for

and instead donate all aquired money to haiti

in fact while he's at it

let him add the yrs federal allocation to it

even that is not enuff

let him sack all the civil servants and donate thier salaries!!!

that apart there are plenty of ways you can donate money towards haiti if u live in london check the red cross websites they are doin alot of work there there are also other charities im not sure about people livin in naija but even if its 100naira im pretty sure that will do sumthin for someone somewhere. pls keep them in ur prayers

personally i dont think this is right, they cant donate public funds to another country, they could have started charities and allowed the people to make donations, without distaster nigeria still needs alot of help, this is another one of our problems tryna prove what were not, we cant even afford the 1million were offering, likewise how the gov.t gave out money when some students from a private (and very expensive school) died,
